This is the second time I have stopped at the ATM at the bank and it has rejected my check deposit, hence having to go inside and wait in line. Thankfully it was during banking hours or I would have had to take time to go another day and wait in line.

11 people in line and only 1 teller. A supervisor apparently to be doing data entry. Why not assist customers? Time to change banks

Terrible service, the cashiers work as if they were paid 5 dll an hour, they don't want to answer, they are curt, they answer you as if they were upset. It's 10 am and they tell you that they serve you until 3 pm and they're not even busy. Raise their salary or include lunch to see if this motivates them. These personnel should not represent the U.S. Bank.

I do my best to avoid having to go into a branch, as it's a dreadful experience. There are now nine people in line, one teller that has continued socializing with a customer as the line grows. Not one customer has been fulfilled since I walked in. This is typical of US Bank branch's, notably this being the worst. I see five other staff members, yet none of them are assisting customers, nor have any intention of doing so, and they require an appointment for just about anything if one doesn't need to wait in this line. Then if the customer is upset to any degree they dismiss the customer refusing to accept that they are the cause. To note, unsurprisingly, every associate here is female. Finally, my reason for being here, a simple question as to why they continually process a simple transaction in a nonstandard, incorrect, and undesirable manner has yet again, no explanation - a shoulder shrug suffices as satisfactory at US Bank, especially here.

The clerk was very knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient.
It seemed as though I was in and out in a flash, after depositing two checks and getting cash back.
Also, I asked her if the money from the checks would be available for immediate use, and she said that it would be.

13 people in line , 4 workers but, only one teller. Why can't everyone jump into help? It's 30 minutes later and still waiting.

Disappointed. 3 tellers but only one was assisting customers. Other two administrators, were sitting in cubicles not on phones or with customers. I thought one was finally coming over to assist. Instead they pulled the one teller away from helping customers to do a money count. It was the middle of lunch, many people line approximately 15, most in work uniforms. Many had to leave to return to work before being assisted. I understand being busy or short staffed but I have difficulty watching so many customers being fully ignored by staff.

Went in to get a money order and Karla was extremely rude and unhelpful. I would never bank here.

Crazy slow drive thru, don’t even try. Waited 40 min once. Great location but I try to avoid it. Had to fully back out of their crazy long drive thru the time I waited 40 min because I had to get back to work and thought I had had more than enough time

I open my account with US Bank on November 22nd and requested a debit card be sent to my home.Weeks went by and I never received my card. So, I went to a branch on Kietzke and again ordered a new card. Once again, weeks go by and no card. Received my pin number but , no card. Tried a third time and they decided to mail my card to the branch.... Success. However, since I didn't know where the previous cards were, I chose not to deposit funds into the account until I was sure I had the card in my possession. Of course, US Bank still charged me the service fee...Ridiculous
