13 people in line , 4 workers but, only one teller. Why can't everyone jump into help? It's 30 minutes later and still waiting.

Disappointed. 3 tellers but only one was assisting customers. Other two administrators, were sitting in cubicles not on phones or with customers. I thought one was finally coming over to assist. Instead they pulled the one teller away from helping customers to do a money count. It was the middle of lunch, many people line approximately 15, most in work uniforms. Many had to leave to return to work before being assisted. I understand being busy or short staffed but I have difficulty watching so many customers being fully ignored by staff.

The company is only concerned about one thing! Revenue! I know this for a fact! Was told repeatedly that!

It would be nice that when the ATMs outside are not functioning (always) to be able to go inside and make a quick cash desposit but when it's up with about 5 people in line and the tellers are purposely having chit chat and wasting your time when you have business to conduct and thengs to do it's really FUCKING INFURIATING, sparks oddie branch do a better job at hiring people who have a sense of urgency and respect for the people who bank here or you can take this branch and shove it

I have worked as a teller and in customer service for years and will say I have a high standard for customer service anywhere that I go,I switched over from Wells Fargo and was hesitant to start with US bank but I will say that the girls here are amazing!!! They are super helpful anytime i have any questions the tellers gave me such peace in knowing my account as well as my money were in great hands! Thank you Tiffany and Bree for the amazing customer service and friendly/welcoming personality's y'all give out every time I walk in your branch!!!! I definitely suggest y'all pay them a visit for any of your banking needs, they are just amazing!

Less than stellar customer service. Went in to branch to get exact payoff on a credit card. Paid off full amount on 3/21. Rec'd a notice via phone that there was still $ owing on card. Statement date was 3/19. Is that my fault - we asked & paid amount we were told. They still have not posted 7 days later... I called today 3/28) and was told that they could take up to 90 days to notify credit reporting agencies. Have any of you been late on a payment? I'll bet they're on their phone calling & dunning you ASAP. Chase, Capital One did their magic in less than 3 days. Time to switch banks.

I shop regularly at the Raley's because I live about 5 minutes from there. I had seen the US Bank many many times while shopping BUT I had been a loyal customer to my bank for 12 years. The location of my bank is all the way on Prater and there aren't many branches around town. So after careful consideration, I decided to go in and give US Bank a shot! I went in there and was greeted by Thomas who after listening to my plan, he brought me and my little boys inside the office and began the process of opening an account. Thomas was very patient and knowledgeable of his products and explained everything in detail. Although, I was only transferring about 1,000,000 pennies to my new bank, I could tell he really just wanted my business. I have to say that I love my new bank and the people that work there, they always offer great customer service and the location is super convenient. Thanks for all your help Thomas!
