They never deliver packages to my apartment I always have to go to the post office to pick up my packages if Amazon delivers they deliver it to my door if anybody else delivers to me it’s at my door except this post office for some reason they don’t

They are very rude when it comes to costumer service, no one told you guys to get this job if you can’t handle talking to others. i don’t recommend calling them for anything, their no help just make you seem stupid and hang up.

My city courier is a rude person. Their management and supervisors do nothing about any complaints that are filed.

Thomas and Paul were not only instrumental in fixing my dilemma, but they did it with a smile. I noticed the other staff members walking around with smiles and talking to each other in passing. It was genuinely a nice atmosphere to be in!!

Walk up passports are listed Mon-Fri 3-4pm but I was turned away at the counter when I walked in at 3:15 and told maybe I could try next week. Apparently they only sometimes, when they feel like it, their walk up hour.

Awful and Horrible. I did not receive my 2 packages from Amazon. My cousin already updated the address and with my surprised there's something wrong with their end. Our address was correct and updated and have no issue delivering other packages via Amazon. USPS customer service said that the address didn't go through that is why it was not delivered! Then later, when I called the Amazon customer service they said that the first package was undelivered d/t damages so it needs to be return to the seller. Its the USPS delivery staff carelessly handled the package. The second package same issues, they didnt deliver it d/t address issues!!? which is ridiculous. My cousin was already tired going to the post office in person keep reminding and updating them to make sure the address was correct w/o further issues. Unfortunately, some staff are not doing they're job and something wrong with their end. I lost 2 packages this week and hopefully ill get the refund from amazon. Horrible experience.

My package never came even though it said delivered. Called and asked about it and they said it was probably stolen. Even though I had 2 other packages in the same mailbox. So good luck everyone with all the incompetent employees that work at the post office in sparks.

Worst post office I’ve ever been to employees extremely rube and belittling. Should’ve been a happy experience that because of the terrible customer service left me uncomfortable. Employees need to be taught how to speak to people

It took 3 weeks to get a mail key, then after they stuffed my mailbox with junk mail and the old tenants mail, took all of my mail to the post office without notification and even after we picked it up, returned the mail that wasn't ours and told them to deliver our mail to our box, they yet to begin to deliver my mail again and are still holding it at the office. They also don't answer the phone. Guess I have a inconvenient stop I have to find time for today.Update: so I still haven't been getting all of my mail. There's a huge chunk missing which I'm assuming is the stuff they held on to and just never delivered. They also turn the phone line off way before the office closes. I'm not sure if it's due to understaffing or just laziness but it's really frustrating. This is the worst post office I literally have ever dealt with
