I had an issue with my mail not being held as I requested. I emailed usps through their online “contact us.” Within 30 minutes, Ashley, from the Vista station phoned me & within minutes found the error & resolved the issue. Shocking I know. USPS doesn’t have the best reputation, but Ashley at the Vista blvd station is making sure that the standard for Vista is of the highest. I am absolutely impressed.

5/5 here from me C Rose is great! Some people leave insane bad reviews for attention online which is sad and seen here about this post office stop already. We all know usps is the worst carrier but it's the only one that can deliver to a PO BOX.

The single most useless government institution in all of Reno and Sparks. This is right across the street from me, but I will drive farther to another post office to not deal with this level of incompetence, or better yet, just use FedEx and UPS. The only remotely nice person was the man I talked to on 2/21. Even though the situation was not resolved, he at least *acted* like he cared. The female “supervisor” who called me should consider being a post office janitor instead, because that’s what her supervisory skills are: trash.

I want to give a HUGE shoutout to
Judith at the Sparks, NV post office for helping me retrieve my package. She was so assiduous… from calling me right away to let me know she received my request and following up a few days later to make sure I actually received my package. She was very friendly and professional. We need more Judith’s in this world. Thank you!! 😊

I know things happen but the mail I received today looked like someone tore it not some mishap with your machines and what not. This piece of mail was important and it's just ruined now. Either we don't get our mail or we get it destroyed. How about figure it out and be careful with things that aren't yours!!!!

They literally don't care about your packages. Worst delivery of any USPS office I've ever experienced. They just toss your packages wherever, with no regard whatsoever.

So, the substitute mail carrier, while our regular was off, decided to turn the apartment complex into her personal DIY project. She didn’t just deliver the mail; she remodeled the place—hacking at door hinges, altering locks, and leaving multiple mailboxes wide open like she was hosting an unplanned garage sale. The main doors? They ended up looking like they’d been in a wrestling match with a tornado.
When the apartment staff finally tracked her down at the next complex, she looked like she’d just seen a ghost—or maybe just someone who was about to explain the damage she’d done. If ever there was a case for immediate termination, this is it. She might have thought she was improving the place, but all she really did was make a solid case for never letting her near a mailbox again.

I just wanted to show my appreciation for the Help I received today! I needed a package that was supposed to be delivered today, but the company marked signature required and I had a missed delivery. I called this post office and the lady that answered was so helpful and the package was delivered about 2 hours later! I am so very grateful for their Efforts! Thank you and you are Appreciated!
