AWESOME place to stay (2 weeks for me)!
Shows it's age in some areas, but so comfortable, spacious, restful, and amenities are great too. Front desk service and personalities are superb! Friendly and helpful as can be about the area as well as the hotel.
I would spend 2 weeks here again!

Very tired and could not find a place with vacancies. They had a room left, and it was a good happenstance. The room was essentially no frills, but appeared very clean. Everything worked and no bugs. So, this motel meets my criteria—clean, cheap, no bugs. The guy behind the desk was very friendly and nice. Highly recommend.

Stayed one night on July 12th and the bed was infested with bed bugs. Had bites all over my back. Will not stay again. On a plus side the gentleman working the desk was awesome.

This is an older hotel, but it's upkeep is on point. The gentleman that checked us in was wonderful and answered all questions.

Be Aware there is a $150 deposit per room regardless of how many nights you stay above the room rate and they prefer to rent for weekly or monthly patrons

I was stay just 1 night in this motel. This motel is worst then dirty street . Room and beds are crazy dirty and full of bad smells. Door hasn’t any safety lock. Very very worst place for stay . No more paper in bathroom.

No wifi. They say they do, but it's a lie. In wall AC is loud alllllll night long. To reach the office you have to go outside a holler cause that where he is. Outside smoking.

I stayed at the Victorian Inn as a weekly resident and was overcharged. They claimed that it wasn’t an overcharge, it was a hold on the weekly unit that I would be refunded upon checkout. When I threatened to complain to management, the front desk receptionist called the police and kicked me out. It had been three weeks and I still have not received a refund. I am a single woman traveling alone and the staff is very harassing. If anyone (especially a woman) is traveling alone, this is not a safe place to stay AT ALL! BEWARE!

I had a 5 nights remote work at Victorian Inn, it reminded me of some buildings in Italy, very quiet and I slept very well. Excellent customer service by Joe at check in and room service as well. There is a mini fridge and a microwave, huge plus. I will return and I do recommend this place.

Victorian style roadside hotel, five minutes from the airport and just off the interstate 80. I mean look it’s the cheapest hotel in Reno oand for the price You really can’t expect 5 star. Front desk lady was more than pleasant. Rooms were clean, although they were decorated with furniture that look like Norman Bates’ mothers house lol. Bathroom was newly renovated and extremely clean.
If you’re looking for a convenient cheap place to stay, I recommend this.
