I pulled up to the pharmacy window several hours after my baby’s prescription had been called in. This was at 4:35pm on Wednesday February 12th. I was told that it wasn’t ready. I said I would wait but was told I couldn’t wait at the window and had to drive laps around the building or I was welcome to bring my sick 7 month old inside to wait. Of course I opted to drive around the building. Of course 2 other cars pulled up. The first car then sat at the window for 30 minutes making everyone wait - I guess they were special? About 15 minutes into this the baby started screaming. Finally 40 minutes later the car finally left. The vehicle in front of me pulled up and didn’t get helped at all after 10 minutes so I was forced to go home empty handed. My favorite part about the experience is the sign on the window instructing patrons to be respectful of the people who work there. I wonder why they had to hang the sign. Thank you for nothing. Great job guys!

This pharmacy is a joke. The lady called us up to help us then told me one second and just walked away and never came back. I had to get back in line to go back up to the pharmacy windows.

The pharmacy at this location is HORRIBLE. Always a 20-45 minute wait. Absolutley pathetic customer service....

This pharmacy clearly has no regard for other people’s time. Doesn’t matter what time of the day or night, you can count on a 30 minute wait.

Made an appointment for flu and RSV vaccination and pharmacist was running late. I showed up 15 minutes early as requested and waited 10 minutes past my appointment time.
When I inquired about my appointment the Cashier said pharmacist running late and there was nothing she could do.
When asked about letting the people waiting know about the pharmacist being late she got an attitude and said she's just the cashier. I shopped and she still didn't let any one waiting for pharmacy services know.

It's been 30 hours since the prescription was written and they can't have it ready yet??

This pharmacy sucks! It took almost an hour for them to get my prescription, and probably would have taken even longer if I didn't tell the manager to get it together. I sure as hell won't be coming back.

Took my 4 year old daughter to Urgent Care for an ear infection. Was done at urgent care at 6:03pm. Waited for her antibiotics to be ready at home since they were sent to this Walgreens. Didn’t receive notification of it being ready until 7:47pm. Headed straight over and was in line by 7:53pm and watched them help the person in front of us. Pulled up to the window by 7:59 and they had then closed down. Attempted to notify the pharmacy staff and spoke with Shawn that we were in line before they closed at 8pm and that we need this antibiotic so our young daughter’s ear infection doesn’t get worse. Was told by Shawn that they can’t help us and to take her to the ER and we’ll have to figure it out. They didn’t even have the courtesy to let us know which Walgreens is still open and that we could have them forward it to a different location. I think this Walgreens has forgotten was compassionate healthcare is.

On hold for 20 or 30 minutes. That is absolutely unnecessary.

WORST pharmacy I have ever used. I have never had to fight so hard to get prescriptions that my doctor has written for me in my life. I've been told "we need to get an okay from your doctor before we release these to you" multiple times, which is insane. My doctor WROTE the prescription, and SENT it to you... how is that not them giving the okay to release it to me? They freaking wrote it!!! I agree with other people who have reviewed saying they felt they were treated as criminals here. 100% that is how I have felt every single time I have gone in here. I struggle with severe anxiety and sleep issues, and literally went three days without sleep (and barely any the other nights), because they wouldn't release my prescription to me. It. Is. Insane. I will just go elsewhere, like what do y'all think is going to happen?

We have been having my prescriptions filled here since the day you opened. Communication is poor at best, east Indian employees are actually quite rude and very difficult to understand. Many times in the evening we've been told prescriptions are ready. Then we come in the next morning only to be told they're not ready and to come back.
Why do we stay here you ask? The drive-thru, when it works.
So today I'll cough my way through the store to try to pick up 6 prescriptions with pneumonia.

The pharmacy at Pyramid and Eagle Canyon in Sparks is the absolute WORST. It's staffed with incompetent and ignorant people who have no clue whatsoever what they are doing and provide inaccurate information. On top of that, they are rude. Time to find a new pharmacy.

Pharmacy is a joke. Had to pick up a refill. Took 2 days and numerous phone calls to get it right. Unfortunately had to drop one off for husband. They screwed that one up also. Going back tomorrow get the original rx and going somewhere else.
