I dropped off a couple of VHS tapes in the latter part of July to be converted to DVDs. In a month, because I hadn't heard anything, I called. They told me they hadn't been sent out yet, so I told them I was going to come in to the store to pick them up. A few days later, when I tried to retrieve them, I was told that they had been shipped a few days earlier. That was the latter part of August.Starting in October, I tried calling the store, but could never get through to the department - got passed around until I gave up. Today, two and a half months later, I went to the store. After at least a 15 minute wait for someone to help me, the woman rummaged around trying to find out what happened to my VHS tapes. They were in the drawer, where the original clerk placed them in July. Nothing had been done at all. I was lucky to have retrieved them. Sorry, Walmart. I won't be shopping at your store again.

I will not be returning to this location. From the being overcharged and then the employees with unprofessional customer service, I'm surprised there's not more complaints and reviews on here. Make sure to check every item you scan through the self check out. An item that was supposed to be .66 cents, rang up at $4.66. Another item that was supposed to be .25 cents, rang up at $3.99. C'mon wally, get your prices right!! I asked the young boy that was watching the self checkout, why don't they fix these errors. His reply, "it's walmart"! I mean that was funny but unprofessional answer. The girl at the customer service was extremely not intelligent to be nice about it. I asked her why are these items coming up at $4.66, her reply, "because you bought a six pack of them". I said, you only see two right not six? She just looked at me and said, I'll refund you but those produce guys are lazy and not doing their job. So much for standing up for the company and co-workers. I think I'll pay the extra and shop elsewhere!

i've been calling for 2 weeks for a question and I am disabled I am unable to drive and I have no transportation I have called for the past two weeks. No one picks up the phone. I even called their corporate number and the employee there told me that they have to call their personal cell phone number just to get a hold of them the last time I was there I have seen so many employees, but yet nobody at the registers nobody at Customer Service all of them are just running around, either talking among themselves, or doing stocking

Walmart is known for its nationwide stores and name, but certain individual stores are just worse than usual. This location is definitely one of those. Mainly because nothing is ever in stock it's just out of control that this place can never keep anything in stock. The second problem with this place is the delivery or online ordering which never works the way it's supposed to either they have to substitute something cuz they don't have it or the inept single digit IQ clerks that go grab the stuff don't know what they're looking for so they just give up and don't even get the item. Ridiculous! On more than five occasions now since I've used the delivery service they have delayed my delivery or they just didn't deliver it at all! This is ridiculous and absolutely unacceptable since there are certain items that I needed that day. I made complaints to corporate Walmart about this and something needs to be done.

5 Million starts to Linda she was working the the shampoo isle. She took her time walking with us around the store to try and help us find the bug spray we were looking for. We couldn't find it but she went above and beyond and didn't just point us in a direction. Thank you Linda you made us feel like important guests at your store. Management I hope you know you have an amazing Team member and she should be recognized.

Not sure how this Walmart is still in business. Everything is terrible minus the convenience. Seriously wish we would get a competent superstore out here that has delivery and pickup options. This Walmart is a joke, don't waste ur time! 0000 stars if I could

Back to Walmart for my son's weekly dvd run... Interesting, one thing that I have noted is that "boxed" stores such as Walmart and Target have had a larger selection of dvds and blu rays. Could they be coming back? The jury is still out.The one thing that I have appreciated, being a parent of a son with special needs, is Walmart has unpacked some of those dvds and put them back on the rack. Thank you Walmart. It is difficult for someone in a wheelchair to make the needed reaches to get in a dig around in those dvd bins. Luckily, I can help my son look for the dvds he is looking for. Though I don't suspect Walmart had special needs adults in mind when they made this change, it is very much appreciated!

So, I avoid Walmart already but my husband took out child to get clothes today. It is hard enough to get my child to try on clothes but this time they agreed to try them on for dad.The only problem is walmart has no heater for the dressing rooms and it is freezing and my child now has to get undressed already not wanting to in a freezer. I guess corporate not only doesn't care about their employees but also their customers. Anytime I or my family shop there I am reminded of why I would rather go to target.

Almost 25 minutes to pick up an order, and there were only a handful of pick-up customers while I was there. I have COVID, so I wasn't able to enter the store. And that was not the bad part.Two phone calls to the pick-up phone number # on the sign. No answer, and voicemail was full. Two phone calls to the store main number. Transferred to the pick-up dept and associate line-no one answered either line. Called 800 "hotline" number for pick-up orders. On hold for almost 15 minutes. 800# employee returned to tell me that he had the same experience. A couple employees finally showed up and loaded my vehicle. Baby spinach was wilted. Ice cream was squishy soft. Requested refund online. No refund on the ice cream unless I return it. Gas is $5 a gallon, and I have COVID. And you want me to return the ice cream?

I wanted to shop at this location but I didn't feel safe with the homeless encampment steps away from the main entrance to the shopping center. I will make sure to warn friends and family not to shop at this location. This is a nice area turning into a shanty town. Also it's looks like there may be drug activity. What a shame. Please take care of this problem.

They have worked on me with returns that was very 'merciful'. I didn't know until recently that food items, even canned ones, can't be put back on the shelves. Now I take a little more time to read the labels to make sure that the canned fruit that is WITHOUT SUGAR is also without fake sugar. It makes a difference. I really like their staff and I truly like their honesty and integrity.

Warning and this is all to Walmart stores nationwide! Do not buy gift cards to any Walmart, we bought one last month as gifts to family, upon using it yesterday according to my brother, the gift card was emptied by a hacker in Las Vegas on January 1, 2021. Walmart policy is you cannot file a claim after 7 days of being hacked! How are we supposed to know, since my brother has the card and he didn't use it right away? Walmart use to be my favorite store, not anymore! Screw you walmart!

I shopped frequently before COVID at this Walmart because its near me. However, even though the state regulation is 25% occupancy now; the whole store is full of people; its definitely more than 75% of people inthrre when I was there today. Definitely risky and somewhere I will avoid.

I placed a order on line for pick up! I tried to pick up this order 3 times !! On the third time they told me the order had been canceled even though they took my money already ! When I called Walmart.com they said sometimes the system cancels orders and doesn't refund the money ! This is theft !!!! What is going on in our world right now !!! I will never ever shop at another Walmart again !!! Shame on you ! Anyone that works for Walmart !

I want to thank the managers at the return desk. I returned an item that could have very easily been refused by them, but I was honest and explained my situation and they chose to be understanding and believe me. Hopefully they see this and remember who I am. Thank you again
