I originally got my wedding ring from the Roseville location and after having my son, my ring never fit the same. I moved out at state and was visiting family in Reno only for a few days. I even had to move up my flights a day and they got it resized for me in a pinch. I'm so grateful that I can wear my ring again after 2 years of not being able to. Highly recommend this location. Amazing customer service and beautiful jewelry! Thank you!”

“UPDATE:
Tahoe Timbers made it right. I wrote them again; apparently my first message had gone into spam. They sent me a replacement pair of the defective sunglasses as well as another pair, a flatter style less susceptible to the delamination or whatever my first curved pair suffered from.
Good small business customer service.
OLD REVIEW:
I don’t like writing bad reviews, but these were expensive sunglasses that have fallen apart/delaminated after less than 15 uses despite proper handling and storage. I bought them directly from the guys during Made in Tahoe at Palisades.
I reached out to the company two months ago with a nice email and photos, and never received a reply.
So unfortunately, after a bad product experience and an equally bad customer service experience :/, I recommend folks steer clear of Tahoe Timber.
Hopefully I’ll get a reply and they’ll take care of the issue, and I can update this review.”

“We had such a pleasant experience as we interacted with Bradley Martin, (who is an on campus trained GIA gemologist) while he did our appraisals, allowing us to see our gems through his microscope and showing us the actual measurements he was taking. Being present during the appraisal gave us peace of mind with the bonus of it being very informative. My husband and I would highly recommend him.”
“We have been going to Hart's for years and have had consistently great service. We have bought jewelry, had jewelry repaired and sized, had watch batteries replaced, and watchbands sized. Jeff has always been friendly and professional. He is well versed in all types of jewelry. If you are used to going to a chain jeweler like Jared or Zales, you may not be used to the directness and honesty of a truly educated and knowledgeable jeweler. We appreciate his experience and expertise. It's nice to work with a locally owned business and get to know the owner.”

“I had to return a ring. I had to do it by mail because unfortunately it does not one that can be sized. Marty Hernandez the manager there is absolutely amazing and helped me through the process. I had to mail it in because I don't live anywhere near there and it was my only option. She was great to work with and definitely made the experience wonderful. I am only bummed because the rink could not be sized and it was so beautiful”
