I've had this as my designated go to pharmacy for 14 years. I will no longer come back here... over the last year this place cannot keep the pharmacy staffed. The ones that are left, you can see them purposely take all the time they can to help one person. The fast pass is non-existent you still have to wait in line. Transfer your prescription, the attitude and the hour + wait in the line is not worth it.

This pharmacy absolutely is not worthy of my money. I was prescribed antibiotics, went in a day after it was prescribed. I was told they were working on filling it. So, I came back the next day, and was told the prescription was not filled yet and they would not be able to fill it today either. So I will not be getting the medication filled here. We will NOT be shopping here at all in the future. They are plenty of places out there that will provide what is needed. I'm 60 years old and have been a Walgreens customer my whole life. No more

This place sucks. Inefficient, incompetent, and apathetic. I'm not sure what the breakdown is, but something has to change. I've been sitting in line for 15+ minutes with 3 cars in front of me. I'm also trying to call someone inside, just to make sure my daughters RX is ready. I would really love to speak with the pharmacy manager, just to learn more about why they suck so much.

The service here is horrible. I waited on hold for an hour and a half, three separate times in the same day, just to be hung up on EVERY TIME before anyone ever answered. I need my sons medication and the other locations won't transfer it because it has to be done from this location. Once I finally had time to get to the location (not everyone has that luxury), I waited in line for 45 minutes and once I got to the drive up window, the lady, after about ten minutes, picked up the phone and said, "you're gonna have to wait and one of the few people inside will help you when we have time" and hung up. Now, I fully understand that all the other pharmacies up here shut down, leaving this one to take the entire load of Spanish Springs. I understand that that overloads them with work. But that absolutely does not excuse rude and unprofessional behavior. And they need to do something about the phone situation asap. You can't mess around with peoples medications, it's life or death in some situations. At the very least they should make some sort of contingency for times like this where other locations can share the load without the customer first having to contact the uncontactable store. I will be contacting corporate... if I can get through the phones

If I could leave negative stars I would. In drive thru an hour before they close and the car in front of me arrived stated they arrived before 6:30pm. When they FINALLY reached the window at 8:01pm Walgreens had placed a sign saying pharmacist not on duty. It is the RESPONSIBLE thing to service the customers you have in line or at the very least have the manager come out and explain they don't intend to service the customers and put a cone in the drive thru up and explain how LAME they are!!!

This Pharmacy needs MAJOR!! HELP!!They don't answer the phones then you have to wait in line for 30-45 minutes. This is ridiculous. These poor people that work there are dealing with angry people all day long. This is not their fault. Walgreens Pharmacy needs to get a clue and get these people some help!!come On Walgreens, it's time you stepped up!!!!!

Their drive through pharmacy is not considerate of time. every time I have come through, hoping it will be quick, it is a 30+ minute wait. I will not be using their pharmacy any longer.

I'm finished with this location. I have a prescription I've been waiting on for over three weeks. I was told they were calling my doctor for approval. I was told in was "being processed". I was told there was a problem. I was told it was being processed. I was told they were calling my doctor. Repeat this scenario for two weeks. I have called repeatedly over the last week (as I have been completely out of my medication for a full week now -- levothyroxine, which I have been taking for 45 years and which is a fairly common drug) and have been unable to get through to a human or receive any kind of answer. Any time I drive by there are at least three cars in the wait line, and passing the pharmacy window I see a long line inside as well. I have also tried different times of the day, with equally bad results. Today I decided to bite the bullet and just stay on hold while watching TV (I usually give up after 7-8 minutes on hold)... my hold lasted for almost 13 minutes, during which the phone rang and rolled over to hold, then rang again for a full minute before being answered. I was actually on my way to the store to stand in line with my ringing phone. I *finally* got a human, who I formed me that they've had my refill approval for "a week or two, I guess someone just overlooked this". This is completely unacceptable. I miss the days when pharmacies were run by actual pharmacists who cared about their patients, pharmacists who answered the telephone when customers called, and pharmacists who did their best to make sure prescriptions were filled in a timely manner.

Four days to fill a prescription. Can't get through on the phone, only get recorded "We're working on it". When I went in, they said they had received the meds last evening, but were busy and didn't get around to it. Then I had to wait an additional 15 minutes to have them sort it out with no apology. Last time I'll ever use this pharmacy.

My go-to Walgreens because I live nearby! The staff are always nice, albeit quiet. I like the cleanliness and organization of this store. It's always easy and quick to pick up prescriptions and I even got my COVID vaccine here, which was also really convenient and very speedy despite me being late for both appointments. I ordered photos for pickup at 11:15 and received a notification they were ready at 11:21. I've never been disappointed by their photo service and it's really affordable. I often find myself buying more than I need, they just have some cool stuff here sometimes. Overall a good location and one I think my family and I plan to continue using indefinitely.

Their pharmacy is inept. Transferred my prescriptions here over two weeks ago and decided to call today to find out when they would be available. They told me they had called my old pharmacy twice but couldn't get through and that I needed to call to get the scripts transferred. I called and was put straight thru, only to find out the pharmacy must request the transfer. So, they never followed thru, wasted my time and failed to reach out to let me know there was an issue. Now I have no meds.

I had the most unpleasant experience here on Friday morning. I've told my friends about this weird experience, so I figured I might as well share with Yelp too. Anyway, I went to this Walgreens for a pair of sunglasses and some beverages before a lake day, just trying to do a quick in and out and back on the road. I located the sunglasses in thE back of the store by the pharmacy. As it was my turn to check out I realized one of the sunglasses didn't have a tag. I asked the young man at the counter if he wanted me to double check the price because I had no clue what it was. He ignored me. When he gets to the pair of sunglasses without the tag he tries to repeatedly scan the glasses (even though there's clearly no tag). Then he gives me a blank stare and tells me he needs to know the price. Ok fine, but now there's a couple people waited to be helped, so I ask if he can please help them while I run to the back of the store. Anyway, I discover that all the glasses in that section were $19.99 (the most expensive of the sunglasses in section). I run to the front to find that now the line is 5 people deep, as he had made everyone wait. I tell the checker that they're $19.99; now the older manager is standing at the counter too. The manager laughs and says that I could make up any price I wanted to get the glasses for a lower price. Seriously? If I had no integrity and wanted to steal the sunglasses, wouldn't I have already done it? Anyway, that made me laugh. But what was even crazier was then the manager notices some damage to the glasses that I didn't and says to me, "We don't even sell these sunglasses here! They were left behind by a customer and you took them!" Like what kind of twilight zone world is this?! The saving grace was a kind female associate who they now sent back to the glasses section with me to locate another pair. She was finally a normal person to talk to. Unsure of what was up with the manager and checker guy, but they obviously lack the necessary training. She helped me discover that yeah, of course they sell these sunglasses, but in typical Walgreens fashion, both pairs were broken. Maybe Walgreens should teach their employees how to do their job and not accuse their customers of lying.

Convenient location and excellent service! I'm so happy that I moved my prescriptions to this location with warm and friendly pharmacists and great support staff that is always ready to help you find something and always provide a friendly smile this is now by far my favorite pharmacy in the area. If you're looking for a New pharmacy this is the place. One more update: After transferring my prescription from CVS to this location I noticed that my total prescription cost reduced by half... they have great prices, friendly staff and I'm very very happy with everything they do!
