“The store is very clean and the staff here is very friendly. Their selection of men’s tall clothing is phenomenal and actually fits me well even though I’m not technically big and tall, which is pretty rare to find. The clearance section is amazing too, with a really interesting mix of fashion and household items.
My only downside is the hours. As a third shift worker it’s tough to make it in during their current schedule, so I’d love to see them open either a little earlier or stay open later. There’s plenty of parking, just not much shaded parking, so keep that in mind.”
“I had the absolute best experience with 2 associates in this store. Clothing/fashion is not my strong suit and Kage and Christa went above and beyond. I had a work trip to pick out clothes for, and I was out of my element trying to pick it all out on my own. I didn't have a vision, and they created one for me. “I was greeted right as I stepped thru the door. Was able to have questions answered right away. The got a fitting room ready and offered to put my selected items in it while I shopped some more. Checking out was smooth with no problems. My items rang up with the same price on the tag and on the rack. I shop there monthly and I've never had an ugly incident! Great store with a wonderful staff and store manager.”
“Love the clothing line but now I love the customer service at this Sparks location.
Came in yesterday with an issue on pants I bought from Maurices without a receipt. I thought I would be out of luck because I didn't have it but the salesperson Catherine working that afternoon went above and beyond to help me exchange for new pants. She could have told me it couldn't have been done without a receipt but she took extra time out of her day to help. I will definitely be back to this location next time I need new clothes from Maurices.”

“Shopped here for the first time on Saturday afternoon. Needed boots, pants, shirt, cowboy hat, and a bolo tie. Western apparel has not been my style, but a bride in Texas has requested that all guests wear black western wear for her special day. This place is quite spacious and I must have looked lost. One of the associates, Denyea, offered her expertise in selecting exactly what was needed. She gave me a brief introduction to the different styles of boots and how they should fit. She listened patiently while I nixed several styles. Once I settled on a pair, she suggested that I walk around the store to make sure they were a good fit. She then helped me choose a beautiful Stetson hat. She discussed other brands and also efficiently brought different sizes out from the stockroom. Denyea's level of service was first class. She was attentive, and simultaneously helped other clients. I sensed that she genuinely wanted me to look my best for my Texas wedding. If you need western wear, this Boot Barn has a significant selection. While I am certain that the entire staff is well versed in the products, Denyea stands out as a shining Texas star in Sparks, NV. Ask for her if you want an excellent shopping experience.”
“Excellent selection and quality. The only thing that is a drawback is it's very expensive unless it's on a sale. Customer service is good. It's a 5 star store and service, but the prices are too expensive unless to run into a sale.”
“I stopped in today with my daughter to see what we could buy. The first person who greeted us was a very happy, upbeat, friendly saleslady. The same lady checked us out, I want all sales associates to be more like her. Her name is Dawn, she's a great asset to Old Navy.”
“This is like a year late and I’m not even sure if he still works here, but I wanted to give a shoutout to one of the employees at Levi’s because his customer service was honestly A1 every single time. I believe he had a Hispanic name, and my mom and I used to see him almost every time we came in.
We’re pretty big shoppers there and usually make large purchases, and he was always SO patient, helpful, and kind throughout the whole process. My mom always has a ton of questions about sales, promotions, sizing, and discounts, and he never once seemed annoyed. he was always happy to help and explain everything thoroughly.
Good customer service like that really stands out nowadays. Whoever he is, I hope he’s recognized because employees like that make a huge difference. And if I see him again I will make sure to get his name so I can edit this & give him the proper shout out he deserves!”

“I started going to Pure Barre in May and I’m so glad I did. Everyone has been super nice and welcoming, which made it a lot less intimidating to try something new. The workouts are low impact but seriously effective. I always leave class feeling stronger, and definitely a bit sore but in the best way.
The instructors are so great about giving adjustments and I love the shoutouts. Every class is different, so it’s always exciting and never gets boring. If you’re looking for a fun workout and a supportive community, I’d definitely recommend checking it out!”
