I do not normally leave reviews, but because of Aidens amazingness I had to. I called because my package had not shipped and I had already received my other parts from another online bike parts retailer that I ordered the same dayS The guy then told me they would ship that day. Fast forward to three days later they still had not shipped. I called again and got Aiden. He looked things up and noticed that the parts had been packaged several days before I called the first time so he did some more calling. Aiden actually followed up later in the day and was very sorry for the delay. He promised they were being shipped that day and they were. He explained they had some warehouse issues, but said next time I ordered they should be sorted. Aiden saved the day and future purchases.

This company is awesome. They have a massive inventory of all things mountain bike related with affordable and competitive prices.
Their customer service is top notch. Quick to respond and answer any questions you have. Not to mention a very fun, and engaging atmosphere both with their customer service and social media.

After being rear-ended in a car accident, my bike was unfortunately totaled. I was feeling overwhelmed and unsure of where to start, but then I reached out to James at World Wide Cyclery (Nevada team), and everything changed for the better.
From the moment I contacted him, James was incredibly kind, compassionate, and understanding. Not only did he take the time to listen to my concerns, but he also made sure I felt supported throughout the entire process. He walked me through different bike options, answering all of my questions with great knowledge and care.

I am a first time customer with Worldwide Cyclery and purchased two bearing extractors (November 2024). A while back, I discovered some of their maintenance related videos and was quite impressed. One extractor worked flawlessly. Unfortunately, the other (different size) extractor had issues; which was upsetting. I called Worldwide Cyclery to explain the situation. A really nice/understanding guy answered the phone and quickly resolved the situation. I was amazed at the efficient and excellent customer service! I have a total of 6 bikes in my house and always need parts or supplies – Worldwide Cyclery is now at the top tier of my vendor list. Thanks!

Love the way these guys have made bike stores fun again with their goofy ads and not so hipster way of speaking, I haven't experienced this sort of thing since the local bike shop in the 90s! That being said, I have bought small parts from them for a few years and this year they enticed me (with coupons and gift cards!) into buying a Yeti SB140, something I have dreamed of for years. The whole experience was great from the communications from Worldwide to the way the bike was so carefully packed. For all of the fun they have, they are also very professional when it comes to business and really know how to run a bike shop the right way.

Excellent, professional and prompt service per usual. I MX'd my Nomad with the Lyrik off of my Heckler SL and picked up this Fox Factory 38 fork. Easy install and performance is much better IMHO.
