Failed to deliver generator, either they lied to me or they lied to amazon! would give a negative -5 if I could, either way dont trust them! Couldn't deliver on schedule that they knew about 2 weeks earlier (they couldn't deliver, not due to limited drivers, weather on the pass, aliens interfering) they even sent me an text message confirming that they knew they had to deliver it on the appointed date. Then wanted 3 more weeks to deliver! Buy local, do not trust this delivery service!!! If you are a small town look to deliveries from a flock of chickens to be more accurate than this company! expect them to lie to the purchasing company as well as you!

RXO was really on top of it! Kept us informed and was right on with the delivery time. The young men were so helpful and went over and above with their care for us “old folks”! Service like it used to be!! They made sure our double oven was in perfect shape before they left!!! Thank you!!

I live in a rural area so I was surprised when I got a call asking if I wanted my washer and dryer delivered 5 days earlier than planned. Yes! Driver called shortly after the earliest delivery time and was by himself. He didn’t accept any help, was extremely polite, and did a wonderful job. The installation and removal were on the second floor! We were extremely impressed!! This is the second or third experience I’ve had ordering appliances from Costco and receiving via XPO and each time I’ve been completely satisfied.

Our new refrigerator was delivered at the time stated. Communication was excellent setting up the time. The two delivery men were extremely professional, friendly, hardworking and went beyond expectations by educating us on how to register the appliance, and other details. Highly recommend this business

The loveseat arrived as scheduled with timely professional updates. It was in great shape without any damage. In addition, the two men went above and beyond the required by taking it out of the shipping container and set it up inside the living room. We had a mattress delivered from Costco in Sparks, NV. I was told what day the delivery would be made and the time of arrival. They actually got here sooner than expected, unwrapped and placed the new mattress on the bed and took the old one away along with packing material. Both men were gracious. I was very pleased with the experience.

These days, I'm afraid to order online because almost everything comes damaged. But I was pleasantly surprised with RXO. My patio furniture came in perfect condition. The delivery guys even unboxed everything, moved it to my deck, and hauled away the empty boxes. No small feat as the furniture was a large set from Costco. High five, RXO!

Terrible experience from the scheduling of the delivery to the online chat bot to the eventual call center. I would ask who preforms final mile delivery prior to purchase of anything freight. As of now the product that was promised for deliver on 13th will not come out till 27th. And if that fails it will be the following month on 10th. They confirmed it is located in a distribution hub 50 miles from my address but cannot be bothered to deliver for 2 weeks and will not allow me to pick it up. So our customer will suffer needlessly hoping they do not push it yet again. Worst customer experience
