“Since this company took over, it has been a complete change in customer service. You can actually reach someone without feeling awkward to knock on someone’s door to get answers. They are easily reachable, and totally understands our peculiar needs. Eventually I’ll get the hang of technology and maneuver their portal better ( it’s me not them, honest. ) They surprised me with a text message considering the difficulty of our location. If more businesses understood it’s the little things that help so much. I think people would have better experiences in general. Thank you guys so much!!!
