We absolutely love staying at Docs Cottages. Clean, affordable and a great location! We stay here at least once if not twice a year! Lloyd the owner loves to visit with us every time we stay! Dave, who runs the place, is always fun and also runs “The Shack” where you can rent beach equipment, sunscreen etc… Highly recommend Docs Cottages!!!

Friends and family have stayed here at docs cottages multiple times. We love this cozy place. It’s about a block and a half from the casinos, restaurants and cafes. And it’s about two blocks away from the beach. I love the convenience of location, booking, and prices. There are no extra fees other than a small CA fee of $5 I think and taxes. My bother stayed in one cottage and me and my husband stayed in a different cottage. It was nice having privacy but staying so close together. This place is definitely a hidden gem.

Doc’s Cottages are the best cabins in Tahoe and the management team (especially Dave) always goes above and beyond to make sure our stay is amazing. We always stay at Doc’s when visiting Tahoe.

We been to Docs cabins a few times and rented a few cabins, with family and friends and always had an excellent experience.
Most notable it's pet friendly and my pups give a supper doggie tail wag.

We loved our stay. There was a minor issue with the shower curtain. One text sent and they took care of it immediately. This is a prime location to whatever you want to do in Tahoe. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

We had a great two night stay in cottage #3. Reservations, check-in and out, and communication were easy and handled promptly. Location was perfect and the unit was clean and had everything we needed. So glad we chose to stay here!

The only place to stay in Tahoe, the manager Dave is the best and owner Lloyd makes you feel like family. And Erika keeps the cottages so clean , and you can walk to everything!!!

Having visited Tahoe for many years, we've been wanting to try Doc's and finally had the opportunity- and it did not disappoint!
The cottages have been tastefully updated to retain their classic knotty pine interiors while providing all the modern conveniences.
Communicating with Dave was super easy and he took great care of us.
The price was reasonable and the cabins were very clean.
Will definitely be back!

We had an absolute amazing time staying here. Lloyd and Dave were so nice and made us feel like family. Cottages are clean and cute. Location is amazing, a five min walk to everything you could want to do. Will definitely be staying here again!

Stayed here for two fun filled nights to see shows at the Lake Tahoe Outdoor arena right outside our door. It was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. It was nice to be able to cook meals and enjoy a porch. The Bar across the street plays live music. Checking in and out was quick and convenient. Highly recommend, we will be back.
