Perfect place to stay and gamble!!

The hotel itself is beautiful and in a great location. We arrived past check in time, at 4:30 PM, check in is at 4 PM. Upon checking in, we were informed at the lobby that our room was not ready. They took our phone number down and informed us we would receive a phone call when the room was ready for us. I have stayed in many many hotels around the world and I have never arrived at a hotel past check in, only to be told that our room is not ready and that I will have to wait for a phone call. We stayed a total of 4 nights, housekeeping during our stay was pretty much non existent. Housekeeping never showed up the first day to clean the room, the second day I had to call and specifically request housekeeping. The 3rd day housekeeping was a no show once again, by the 4th day I had completely given up on housekeeping showing up. There was dust all over the room, the headboard was dusty, the phone was dusty and there was hair on the bathroom floor from the previous guests. What a disappointment to find out that a hotel of this magnitude had so many let downs. This hotel needs to look into the way they run things before their total rating keeps getting worse.

Enjoyed our stay at Caesars. Wolf restaurant is a must and the location near Heavenly Village is super convenient. Rooms a bit pricey mid week (paid $240 / nite) for Tuesday - Wednesday in mid July and the pool experience is lackluster comparatively speaking.

Harvey's Lake Tahoe has been wonderful over the past 25 years and we expect it to be just as wonderful next week (30 May-2June 2025) during our visit. Update coming. Here's the update: Harvey's is rebranded Ceasars Republic Lake Tahoe as of 1 June. A lot of renovation is happening now and thru out the Summer. Rooms and view of Lake Tahoe are still wonderful. Lobby is being renovated but Front Desk is still functional. Casino is functional & packed with gaming machines which tends to make the casino area too warm. Early gaming is much cooler. Hopefully a/c is improved soon. Players club & cashier are combined & very small. Restaurants are next to the Casino: Vanderpump's (sp?) & Hells Kitchen...both are beautiful and busy. Best restrooms in casino are in hallway between those two restaurants. Ceasars Harrah's across the street is fully functional with no renovation. We enjoyed our stay and plan to go again in July. Update coming. Here's my update from 14-17 July 2025 visit. Casino is fully functional and beautiful. As is the lobby area. We stayed on 18th Floor of Romulus tower and it was finished and beautiful. Several maintenance issues in our room were remedied quickly and professionally. Highly recommend a visit!

Terrible stay. Their rewards system sucks (nothing for my birthday) and their game selection is abysmal. Might as well go to Vegas where there are at least better food options. They wouldn’t even waive their stupid resort fees even after losing a ton of money because the fee “pays for things like their escalators” according to their unhelpful staff.

Lots of noticeable upgrades since it was Harvey's. Miss the free parking days. Just wish there were more family oriented or fast food style food available. Rather than the high end restaurants.

Good location. There are lots of restaurants nearby. Rooms are somewhat dated, but everything works well. We had two bathrooms in our suite, that was very convenient.

We’re staying in room 839 and it’s terrible. No one’s came to clean, our trash is full towels are gone. I recommend staying somewhere else. Update. After several calls and still no housekeeping showing up I just set the trash and towels out in front of the room in the hallway. Complete joke don’t stay here. I’ll be gambling and everything else off premises now.

Innovations went well room is really good
The service is not a good take a long time assistance us, vip close, also ask to upgrade room I pay no have 2 minutes after my brother ask to upgrade room he did is very bad services

I didn't like it because the sports book was sad hardly any promotions and hardly any spread sheets and Harvey's Wagon Wheel image should have stayed with the new image overall I don't like it 😞
