“I was excited to visit this store on our trip to Lake Tahoe this week. Upon entering, Lauren was welcoming and super friendly. She told me about the Yarn Walk event that takes place each year. It sounds like a unique and fun experience, especially seeing as there isn't a huge knitting & crochet community where I'm from. Lauren was so so sweet and encouraging about my recent entry into the world of crochet. I bought two skeins of alpaca yarn to experiment with and Lauren graciously added a tote bag from the Yarn Walk to my purchase and a pattern her mother created. The most heart warming shopping experience!! I will definitely be back on our next trip to the area!”

“This is a really great little place!! I don't see many toy stores anymore. I remember as a kid going into places like this thinking it was the best thing on the planet! We stop by here every time we visit Tahoe. They have a nice selection of Breyer horses that my fiance loves. We have purchased two of them now from Toy Maniacs and she loves them. We will continue to visit every February!”
