The staff were very nice. At about $120 a night for a big two bedroom condo with a jacuzzi and washer/dryer, this was obscenely good value for Tahoe. The only problem was that a lot of the vertical blinds were missing. This seems like a really easy fix. Otherwise the condo was well maintained.

Location was great. The woman at registration was very nice and courteous let us know what is around and what things we could during our stay at this lovely place. Hot tub, game room, grilling etc. warned us about bears randomly coming and what to leave in our vehicle because of bears might come. Room was amazing. Just one thing made me make it 4 star instead of 5. Was a little smelly in the room. And whoever stayed or cleaned the room before we used it forgot one thing. Was a little surprised to find a surprise in one of the bathrooms which did not make me happy at the moment. Lets just leave it at that. Other than those 2 things this place was amazing. They would have gotten all 5 stars minus for those 2 thingsSafety: Just be careful as bears do show up as told during registration and they have a photo wall during the sightingsFood & drinks: Can bring your own food and drinks to cook or to go. Can bring own drinks as well as they have a full kitchen.

What a great place to stay.. we felt so welcome the staff in the office were amazing.. the apartment was just perfect very cozy and comfy. We stayed 5 nights and ended up stayed 4 more nights somewhere closer in town and we regretted our decision we wish we would have booked our entire stay here at Tahoe summit.. the game room was a huge hit and a lot of fun and of course seeing some of the bears coming through at night.. we will be back and we will be staying here again… thanks

Really high in elevation, make sure to bring food up before going. Rooms were a little outdated, carpets were dirty and worn down. Had a kitchen which was useful.

Went during the summer time, and we definitely preferred the location. It was quiet, peaceful, and a beautiful view. Only a few minutes from the main strip of Tahoe. Everyone that worked there were super helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Can't be the price! Was home away from home, but yes the stairs are a great workout. We definitely had bigger muscles in our calves and thighs lol, but will definitely stay again. My son loved their game room also! They had it all

We booked two nights but only ended up staying one night. We left early because of how uncomfortable we were. We came to visit the snow with our kids. Location is nice, staff is great. The idea of it having everything you need is great. I just couldn’t get over how old everything was. How dirty the carpets were. I didn’t even let my 10 month old touch the floor. I didn’t even want to take a bath there. I don’t know maybe I’m spoiled but this place wasn’t worth the $150 a night. I probably would have a better stay at the Holiday inn. You can literally hear the kids running around above us. Barely slept because I just felt gross staying there. I asked my husband to leave early. We drove 3 and a half hours back home at 7 pm with our four kids…maybe I’ll come back if they update the place because the staff was great.

Got a 2 bedroom and was very spacious. Felt like we were in an apartment. Convenient with washer and dryer in the unit. Decor was a little outdated but the unit was comfortable to stay in.Nearby activities: Close to ski resort and had a shuttle that will pick you up and drop off.

Good location. On shuttle route, very close. We had 2 bdr. With loft. You need to climb at least 5 or 6 flights of stairs. NO ELEVATOR. This is not an exaggeration!! This is a good value, make sure you can do the stairs after skiing/boarding all day.Noteworthy details: Be ready to climb stairs!!

Had a good experience here. It's not 'luxury" but it's nice and good for a ski trip. We had a two bedroom two bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen and an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi, no shower (the other bathroom has the shower). The other bedroom has two twins. The kitchen is functional and has the utensils and equipment for basic/standard cooking. There are nice big HDTVs in every room and a fire place. It's not 'updated' but nothing was dirty or in disrepair and was nice otherwise. As some others have said, stairs might be an issue. We lucked out being in building 1 and the second level of rooms so the stairs weren't too bad but it seems that building 2 has some difficult stairs to climb. As far as getting to heavenly, the closest lodge is Stagecoach (obviously) and, there's a shuttle in the AM, but if you want to walk, you can, though I wouldn't recommend it wearing ski boots or carrying lots of gear. It took me 10-15 min to walk back one day, in walking boots and without ski gear.

The room we stayed in was nice looking but the couch pillows smelled musty and the bathtub drain was broken, it wasn't attached to the lever so you couldn't let the water out without using something to pry the plug out!!!! Also the only window views were of walls, lol not real appealing. It should be noted that there are a lot of stairs and absolutely no elevator available, so many stairs in fact that half way up they have a bench placed for people who need a rest can use it. Nobody in my group needed to stop and rest but having severe arthritis in my knees made climbing said stairs extremely painful and slow, I suffered pain for the next two weeks because of this. I will never stay here again. However it would be a great spot for a group looking for a ski or snowboarding trip as that was available right across the street.

Everything was pretty clean. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and dishes. The most grueling part we’re the amount of stairs we had to climb up and down everyday. Check in and check out day had us short of breath.

The Good: location, price, size of the room. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans. Twin beds.. decent, the Queen bed was ok, but why not throw a King in there !?!The Bad;- Front door lock didn't work so we couldn't get in to the room when we arrived. (they fixed it)- main room thermostat didn't seem to work right, it was kinda all or nothing..- toilet is the lowest/smallest toilet ever- most of the kitchen items were there, but nothing to clean dishes with (scrub pad/sponge)- washer had a hand written note stating it didn't work, not great, but I went to use the dryer ..it didn't work either. When you are skiing, getting your gear dry before the next day is kind of a big deal.-fan in the toilet didn't work-Pull out bed, simply awful. Probably hasn't ever been replaced.- Jet tub.. about four different shades of color from years of use. Hard to tell if it was clean or just old.-Requested (two days prior) to be by another friend staying, was told (at check in) that they couldn't move us "to busy and full". But the room next to and above my friend was empty. (Not a huge deal, but would have been nice.Overall; great location, close to Stagecoach lift (maybe close enough to walk, but probably would want to get dropped off) and not far from Boulder lift. The rooms are in need of a refresh (some maybe have been done..our friends room did appear to have been updated)..
