I opened business banking with US Bank in 2020, Tammy serving as my banking officer throughout. Her extraordinary assistance combined with US Bank's favorable deposit policies, convenient locations across the West, and meaningful credit terms keep my business cash flow steady, even with larger single check deposits.
One more thought: American Express was the first financial institution willing to issue usable credit terms to my young business. I assumed US Bank wouldn't give me the time of day due to my business structure and infancy; therefore, I never took time to understand whether my assumptions were true or false. Tammy politely encouraged me numerous times to apply for business credit which I resisted. Eventually, I agreed to see where I stood and US Bank stunned me completely.
Grade A. The bank is truly a business partner.

Shady company. Will not disclose hidden fees and throw their hands up when they get caught. If you have this bank, watch your account CONSTANTLY because they like to take your money whenever possible! I'm trying to feed my family, not pay for your new yacht!

I have nothing but good things to say about this branch location. The location is always very clean and the staff very welcoming. I've been extremely fortunate to have Justin Riley assist me everytime I have gone in since moving up here a month ago. Mr.Riley is professional, very kind, down to earth, and always goes out of his way to help me find the best opportunities for my banking needs. 10/10 Thank you for all that you guys do! I love US Bank, but this branch in particular stands out above any bank I've ever been in. The branch manager here is THE MAN. On top of being super personable, he's the most helpful banker I've ever come across. He is, from all of my experiences with him, truly there to help and look out for YOU. 10/10 solid dude. BEST US BANK, and I've been to a lot. Justin the manager and Christi are so amazing, first few times we went in, my husband and I were unable to accomplish important banking needs at a different US bank in town and we needed help and paperwork right away. Thank you Justin, Thank you Christi, we love this team, they go beyond and above for customers, sometimes I feel like I'm at a high end or super elite expensive bank and it's our go to branch, is there and award thatS given in this company? Give an award to Christi and Justin please.

This is not a real bank don’t ever trust them with your money. If you try to take out more than about $1000 at once they will put you through hell and make you wait weeks to get your money. ATMs are always out of service, website goes down a lot, and customer service is the worst. They will cancel your credit cards and send new ones periodically without notifying you. Even the name US Bank is misleading, if you move to a state that has no branch, then goodluck getting your money without going back to a state that has a branch.

I highly recommend the branch. Best ATM in town. Best customer service for locals and out of towners. Trust me when you call they treat you as if you live there and they are friendly every call not just the locals. I don't think I got lucky with Betty because my cousins told me go knowhere else. This location is off the beaten path but worth minute or two. The ATM is safe, warm in winter and cool in summer. Definitely 5 🌟
