We rented a property in South Lake Tahoe managed by VRA. Jason was our contact person at VRA for our Airbnb and he was very responsive and very helpful. We were able to book their property on a last minute request due to an unpleasant experience we had on another property. The property we booked through VRA's Airbnb was beautiful, very clean, spacious & comfortable. We rented a home in South Lake Tahoe for Christmas. The home was in spectacular shape ! Home was spotless. Beds were so comfortable. Our boys loved the den where they hung out and played PS4. Bedding and towels were luxurious. Everything from booking last minute and the communication was fantastic! Highly recommend!

I use VRA for my home in South Lake Tahoe. I have been extremely happy with their services. Everyone on staff is respectful, has a quick reply, and is very organized. They take great care of my home, as if it is their own. The most important part is our guests from Air BnB rave about the great customer service they receive while staying at my house. These reviews are very important in reassuring that my house gets booked consistently. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Jason and Caleb are managing my vacation home and have done a fantastic job. They are very knowledgeable in helping with the house setup, short term rental permit application, and have taken care of all the incidents efficiently. Everyone I've been working with is very kind and good at what they do. My property has five 5 star reviews on AirBnb and almost all of them mention how helpful Jason and Caleb are and how clean the property is. This really puts my mind at ease as a somewhat remote owner. When incidents do happen, Jason has been very communicative about the issues and the solutions. Their invoices have always been very clear as well. Over all, I've really enjoyed working with them and would highly recommend them for vacation property management.

We contacted VRA when the city of South Lake Tahoe started their "three strikes you're out" process. While we heavily screened our renters, we felt we needed additional support from a local company who could be our eyes and ears. It has been the best decision. The team at VRA is friendly, responsive and flexible, allowing us to remain customer service oriented, as well as maintain our relationship with neighbors and the city officials. I appreciate all of their ongoing communication, proactive tips, quality staff and 5-star service. Thank you VRA!

I stayed at one of the houses this group manages and my stay was absolutely wonderful! Caleb was a great and communicative host and was incredibly easy to work with. Furthermore, the house is beautiful! It’s even better than what you’d expect from the pictures. We were there in the winter and the two fireplaces and hot tub were such a nice touch. The house was fully stocked with amazing cooking utensils, games, smart TVs, and anything you could ever need! Would highly recommend staying here! Would do it again in a heartbeat.

We own a 4 bedroom 3 bath townhome at a South Lake Tahoe resort which we started managing on our own approximately 4 years ago. We were searching for a solution to assist managing this property since we live 4 hrs away. We were concerned at first about how we could ensure our future guests would consistently experience a clean home in good working order prior to every guest stay. After learning about Vacation Rental Assistance (VRA) from a successful realtor friend in South Lake Tahoe, we soon learned they provide a vast array of services to enable us to provide a turn-key solution for our vacation rental business. Whether it's a pre-inspection, post inspection, cleaning, 24/7 on call service etc. Once the homeowner decides what services are important for their vacation rental business, whether its inventorying furniture, inputting and deleting front door codes, etc. VRA can assist with your specific vacation rental business needs.We are very impressed with The VRA team of Caleb, Jason, Rick, Kyle, Jenn and their cleaners who are professional, courteous, responsive and proactive when dealing with our vacation rental. Caleb is very knowledgeable and helpful answering any questions we had about their services and made excellent recommendations about what guests wanted and looked for while staying in a vacation rental.Kyle contacted us after conducting a pre-inspection service for our home prior to our guests arrival. Kyle informed us that our electricity in the home was not functioning properly and the lights were dim and others were not coming on at all. Due to a snow storm there was a power outage at the entire resort and surrounding areas the electricity was not functioning properly as a result. He referred an electrician who had previously done good work for VRA in the past. We called VRA's recommended electrician and within hours his referral had inspected our home and fixed the problem. We appreciated Kyle's assessment of our problem, referral, and timely communication so this issue could be resolved prior to our guests arrival.A few months ago we received a call from our resort security team informing us our guests were extremely loud and this was disturbing other guests. Once hearing this feedback we immediately called VRA’s 24 hr customer support line and they immediately dispatched Rick to talk specifically with our guests about the reported disturbance. Once Rick spoke to our guests he followed up with a call letting us know everything was handled and the guests said they would not cause any more problems during their stay and he mentioned they wanted to apologize to us for their rowdy behavior. As a result of Rick's visit to speak with our guests there were no other disturbances reported about our guests during their stay. We would not have been able to resolve this issue so quickly if it had not been for VRA's services.We are very comfortable having the support of the VRA team to help us meet our guests service requests during their stay. VRA employees are hard working, conscientious, and pay attention to detail throughout theirpre-inspection, post inspection, cleaning and service calls. Their company services are a big asset to our vacation rental business and we are very pleased we have teamed up to service our South Lake Tahoe vacation rental. If you are looking for a company to provide excellent service for your guests I recommend that you hire Vacation Rental Assistance.

We've used VRA for 3 years on our Truckee rental property, and they've provided stellar service all around. Always available, timely, courteous and efficient. Excellent communication on anything we need to know in terms of home maintenance or renter's issues.
