And quick and efficient . dollar loans center pulled through For me again, I would recommend them to anyone, there establishment is always very clean. Just a nice overall environment.. there mployees have been so nice to me and very courteous.And try to help me out all the time.

This was my first time ever needing to take out a loan, and I had no idea where to start. Thankfully, Carrie Ann was incredible! She walked me through every step of the process, answering all my questions (no matter how basic they seemed) without judgment. I have used several Pay Day Loan establishments in the Reno/Sparks area. I highly recommend Dollar Loan Center, Sun Valley Blvd. for your personal loan needs. Carrie Ann is very helpful. She has a very pleasant and professional manner. Is quick and thorough in meeting your financial needs and goes out of her way to make sure you are a satisfied customer.

Carrie Ann and the other staff are always so helpful and kind. Circumstances usually aren't the best when you have to go to a loan establishment and I don't trust anyone else to take care of me the way DLC in Sun Valley has when I'm in a financial bind.

Carrie Ann & her team have the best customer service. They are straight up professionals! They tell you the facts or truth of what they can do for you. Beware: this place is equal to dealing with a loan shark. My wife took out a loan here. Just a small one. Around $300. She gave them permission in writing to let me handle the account since she has a long work schedule and often can't get away to handle these things. They told her she had a year to pay it back however they started calling me two days after we took out the loan to collect payment. The moronic manager said they couldn't deal with me unless they get permission once a week. When I told him it's been two days, he fumbled his words and said I needed to pay. The calls continued on a harassing level, multiple calls a day everyday for two weeks. After the two weeks, we took a paycheck, paid off the full loan and went to a different lender to take care of the rest of our issues. We then reported these loan sharks to the bbb and will never go back. Avoid at all costs.

They only got a 4 because they close at 6pm when some people don't get off work till 5pm and there is traffic. They should stay open till 7 or 8
