“I bought the Chameleon MPAS 2 mini Antenna system through Radio World based in Toronto, Canada. The package arrived within a few days via Canada post in excellent condition. I received the high quality Antenna system in the sling bag. All items were as ordered, except the "Saddle Shackle" where the antenna wire connects to the MPAS mini transformer was replaced by a flimsy Key Ring. I have watched many Ham videos unboxing, and reveiwing the Chameleon MPAS 2 mini and micro and all of them show the Saddle Shackle and not a cheap Key Ring Attachment. This was quite disapointing for me. I was also expecting the Ruck-sack instead of the Sling bag. I am a retired new Ham and I was hoping to get the best bang for my money. I hope Chameleon is reading this Review. I gave this Review 4 stars but google decided to give it 5 stars???

“Randy was extremely friendly and professional. I needed a small SMD tactical switch to be soldered onto a printed circuit board. Upon arrival at 10:30 AM, he completed the task by 12:00 PM. The soldering job was of the highest professional caliber and functioned precisely as required. I wholeheartedly recommend his services for any future projects.”

Got in and out quick, so that office printer was back up same day. I didn't have to ask for a price match. Also same prices for a lot of hard drives, USB drives, and SSDs, with no worries about Amazon fakes when it comes to storage needs too.”

“The store is clean and okay but what really made my day was working with Melody. Melody helped my wife and I buy a switch 2. A day later we returned with some trade ins and they were more then willing to help us. The store was busy and they were the only one there. “I have been a daily customer for over 13 years at this location. Never have I encountered any critters as it said in one review. It is always clean unlike the rest of the 7-11 stores in Reno. All of the employees are amazing. The owner has had this store for many years and takes pride in his store and is the only 7-11 I will patron. The other 7-11's in the area allow employees to burn their incense that will gag a maggot. The employees and owners of other 7-11's are on their cell phones constantly and disregard the customers. The reviews about the machines are not a 7-11 issue as they don't belong to the store. They have no control over the poker machines.”
“I had some Denon equipment I no longer needed. I found Ham and HFi while browsing. I contacted them about purchasing my equipment. I had an email response promptly. I was offered what I thought a fair price. I scheduled an appt and was very pleased. I also had an off brand turntable. I asked if he would like it. Found out that they have a shelf of items that are made available free to anyone who needs them. Very generous. Happy to recommend.”
“I should have left this review a few weeks ago when it happened but luckily I got the card of the person who helped us. I just found the card!My 80ish neighbor was given a Samsung smartphone and smart watch. I'm an iPhone person myself, but I got her set up on her phone. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the watch to pair with the phone. We tried to make an appointment with the Geek Squad and could never make that happen either. My 5 stars reflects our IN STORE experience. Trying to get through on the phone or internet to book an appointment SUCKED. Zero stars for that part of the system. We decided to try a walk-in to see the Geek Squad. There were people ahead of us so I asked at the customer service desk, if she could make us an appointment. I explained our frustration about not being able to call for an appointment. A lovely helpful conversation ensued with Ashley V. She asked to see the phone and watch. Luckily there were no people in the customer service line. She kept fiddling with everything. We stepped aside as she helped people who did get in line. One of those people told us how much she loves BestBuy BECAUSE customer service is so helpful!It took a while but Ashley was tenacious and she finally got the watch talking to the phone! And she did not charge anything. I was honestly shocked. I hadn't had a very good opinion of Best Buy in general, before this. But mostly due to return policies and warranties. This was my first experience with customer service. And it was great. I'm thinking I haven't been to this store for several years. It seems like management may have changed. I love this BestBuy now. And I'm looking forward to going back. Thank you Ashley!”
