“I had some of my dad's gold teeth that he had saved ( kind of gruesome I know) and saw that the Gold Exchange had great reviews and was right by my gym. So I took the gold teeth over and was buzzed in, immediately greeted by a friendly staff. As I waited for them to break the gold out pf the teeth ( jeez I know this sounds so horror movie ish) I saw some FANTASTIC values on watches I love including a perfectly fit for my wrist Omega. It took all but ten minutes to sign the paper and get my cash. And it was a lot more than I had hoped for! I'm coming back for sure. Probably to sell more things but also to buy. Great place!!!”
“I went there with my niece so she could get a second hole pierced in her ears. She paid $500.00 & tax for earings the size of a dot and the piercings. WAY OVER PRICED AND A RIP OFF!!! Yes the place was clean, service was great but you are paying for the "trendy atmosphere " not the work. I sat there and watched her whole experience and thought Generation Z was paying yet again for another trendy experience not the product.I would not pay that much for those earnings because I work in jewelry in wholesale in NYC and know they are marked up 300%.Don't waste your money for a procedure any fine jewelry store will do way cheaper with a purchase of earnings.”

I tried several jewelry stores looking for them to repair it, all told me it couldn't be repaired cheaper than it would be just to replace it.SJS was recommended by a family member. When I took the necklace in they never tried to sell me anything. Getting the necklace back from being repaired was a fairly quick and expensive. More importantly the business sells jewelry as well as repairs and they never once tried to sell me anything.”
