“I go to the Life Force NV Chiropractic office weekly in the shopping center complex weekly. Smith's is the cornerstone store of the shopping center. I can always get a good deal on meats or other items. I get change for the vending machine where I live and the clerks are always kind and courteous. The Reed High School students can fill up the parking lot on lunch break and after school lets out but they are well mannered and put their back packs in the corner when they go in the store.”

“I know that every time I come to this Smith Location I have a pleasant experience. I love coming here because they have an awesome manager and Suzzy the cashier who helped me out today is just so awesomely efficient and customer skills oriented. She greets you, and smiles at you best of all she very good at her cashier skills, fast and efficient like few in the world of cashiering. She don't make you waste your time when ringing up your items and I love that. We need more Susie's in the jobs!!! Also when I had challenging times in having ringing my baby items where wic products were not accurately taken by the system I have encountered nothing but excellent service from management. Thanks to many Smith employees for doing a great job in helping the community!!”
“My go-to Walgreens because I live nearby! The staff are always nice, albeit quiet. I like the cleanliness and organization of this store. It's always easy and quick to pick up prescriptions and I even got my COVID vaccine here, which was also really convenient and very speedy despite me being late for both appointments. I ordered photos for pickup at 11:15 and received a notification they were ready at 11:21. I've never been disappointed by their photo service and it's really affordable. I often find myself buying more than I need, they just have some cool stuff here sometimes. Overall a good location and one I think my family and I plan to continue using indefinitely.”

“We were visiting our son and family in Reno and wanted to bring home dinner to them. We got the carnitas pre-made along with rice, corn tortillas and some of the salsas. It was so good. We are going to make this a regular stop every time we visit. Want to try the tamales next time. Everyone in the store was super nice. I do not speak Spanish and they were very accommodating.”
