We went back a few weeks later and they were so helpful in getting us what we needed, and they gave my kids little coloring books and crayons while we filled the rest of the paperwork out and walked us through the process. “Not too long, 16 minutes. They had four windows operating. John helped me very courteously and quickly. Only complaint is with a priority box delivery time 5 days counting today used to be 2-3. Cost $21! But want my cousin to enjoy her Christmas slippers so hey, it's just $$ right!? Merry Christmas!!”

“If you want good customer service from the USPS in the Reno/Sparks area - this is the post office facility you should go to. Even though they are not my regular post office anymore; I go there on a regular basis to mail packages or get stamps. Best customer service in the area.”
