I would not recommend this store to anybody the lady that was at the cash register was very rude when she asked for my ID I said I'm getting it right now and then she coughed up an attitude thinking that I had an attitude but obviously she had a bad day took it out on me started screaming at me best and believe I will not come to the store anymore she needs to get fired for her actions this is unacceptable for anybody to be working behind the counter that is not mentally sane I can't believe somebody would hire somebody like this

The guy at the cash register is super rude!
Also they have the candy mix and match 2for 4 and when u go pay they don’t honor it! They employee got annoyed that we told him about the 2 for 4 and rung us up and tossed the bag to us! They need to do better there always rude to customers!

They share a bathroom with McDonald's and they have employees that will give out the bathroom code against training and I have had at least 2 employees tell me to ask whoever is at the quickstop counter for the code if im not buying from McDonald's. When I talked to the manager about it in store the attitude about the question hit right off the bat. She wouldn't even look me in the eye just dismissed me. They used to have great customer service or at least acknowledge your frustration in a much more appealing tone. While I understand that the bathroom is for McDonald's only customers there is a much more customer service friendly and humane way to respond then just don't know what to tell you. I have never been hostile towards these people before but when your just trying to use the bathroom instead of soiling yourself in line they could approach it much nicer and make eye contact with their customers. I only have problems like this when the female manager with the glasses is on duty. I have worked in gas stations it's really not the hard to just fake a smile and say I understand your frustration but theres nothing I can do instead of just saying oh well. They have great staff other then the female manger with the glasses. When I called to complain the female manager with the glasses blamed me for making her staff feel intimidated and as someone who has worked in the industry I jump in when people are being rude or down right nasty to the people who work there because it makes me mad that they don't see the work they do. I frequent this store regularly and up until now have never had a problem. Granted its not usually to use the restroom. If its a customer bathroom shouldnt it work that way if i purchase gas or something else at quickstop since its connected to mcdonalds? That question of a purchase was never posed, i was just told to deal. Again never any problems with anyone else in there, just the red headed manager with glasses on the quickstop side.

Card readers on the gas pumps Never work, and haven’t for years, always have to go inside. Then they recently had speakers installed that make super loud screeching bird sounds every 5 minutes all throughout the day or night.
Bet the neighbors love that one haha
The auto reply below that is also on every review is hilarious. Hope someone of management reads this, as the phone number isn’t any help either

I’m writing this at 1130 pm from my house because I can hear that ridiculous bird alarm from my house and it’s woken me up.
Whoever’s idea it was to install that ungodly screaming bird alarm is ruining their business. This is a public nuisance and I’ll be going much further than this review. This is unacceptable

Convenient location to me. Have some great deals on water and soda! I live that they offer TAP payments, just ask the cashier that you wanna pay by Tap. The Friendly customer service and approachable staff keeps me coming back!
