Nice to your face ... LOL ... To many hidden Costs you go into meet and reserve a unit ... At 4:00 pm they ask when you would like to move in I tell them the following day ... But they are instent that you have to pay for the day before and that you also have to pay 15 dollars for a Lock for that evening
... Lol... So I explain that I will be back in the morning with my own locks on my move in day...
Didn't seem very happy about it and ... lol..
Then let's not forget a 25 dollar administration fee again .... Lol ... But alright ... So I go back this morning thinking we are on the same page ..
But now because I have stood up for my self and there Hidden Costs .... They chose to put me in one of the worst spots in the fecalety with no trailer access .... So that being said I'm sure it's just pointed at me for standing my ground on their hidden Costs .... Not saying that the company as a hole is bad ... Just recommending be Aware...
Because they sure did treat me Bad when I called them out ... If you choose to use them I wish you well .... JUST THOUGHT YOU SHOULD BE AWARE

I had made reservation on a unit but unfortunately I was packing and never made it to the office. I was happy to find that when I did get there a few days after the reservation date, the unit was still available and was able to rent it with no problem. The unit I got was easy to find and I like the way you can only use the facility till 7pm so that no one is in the facility at all hours of the night. Julie was sure nice and friendly and explained everything so I wasn't confused about what I was signing and the contract I was getting into.

Getting setup online was quick and easy. The storage is a pretty decent price with the online discount. Unfortunately, eveyrtime it rains or snows our property gets more and more damaged due to the unit flooding. Luckily we purchased the insurance coverage for an extra 29 a month, but that doesn't replace antiques or family memorabilia. I really wanted to leave a good review, because most of the staff was friendly and it's in a decent location... but when I went in to discuss this with the person in the office, they basically told me to call the coverage number or ask someone else.
