This place is a joke they tryd to tell me a penny weight makes a gram weigh different lol they tryd to give me 70$ for almost 6 grams of gold lol wow you guys are ridiculous please I and everyone would like to hear your excuse for you ripping people off??? I bet you will or can not explain. I’m going to do everything in my power to let everyone know what a joke you are trying to pray on people you think don’t know what they are talking about lol (lames.)

Wow. I went into the store today to sell a beats by dre portable boombox. When I walked in, the woman behind the counter was on the phone and barely looked up at me. There was no greeting from either her or the younger guy working there. He seemed annoyed and unfriendly from the start. I originally bought the speaker new for $300. Obviously I wasn't expecting anything close to that but after he looked it up and told me he could buy one right now for $90, he then offered me $20. I was a little surprised. When he saw my face he got angry and shouted that he had to make money re-selling the speaker. I said of course you do, but explained $70 profit was a little much in my opinion. This is when he slammed the charging unit onto the counter and walked away from me mumbling under his breath, very clearly out of patience. This guy was very rude from the start and completely out of line ... I have no idea how his business is still running with that attitude! Good luck to you and here's hoping you learn how to communicate with people without losing your cool seeing as your job kind of depends on it!

My experience today as a frist time guest was completely awsome Seth Ludlow was more than happy to assist me in my needs today and was a pleasure to talk to for a family owned business you'll be hard pressed to find one better they are a true landmark and there prices are great and the loan process was simple and quick and they try to loan you as much as possible if I could give 6 stars I would

I love this place! They treat me right every time I come in, they make good conversation, they don't hover or overwhelm me with interaction when I'm just looking around. The folks here are down to earth and super helpful! (I wouldn't pay any mind to a review where the guy can't even spell diamond right LOL)

If I could give them zero stars I would I went in with Dimond earing that were worth more then 800 i had the receipt from the Jewelry store and the old cow there told me that the Dimonds aren't worth nothing. She offered me 25 for the earing what a joke don't go there it's a waste of time they don't know how to value items.

I've used Valley Pawn for so long I couldn't even tell you exactly. 15 years wouldn't be exaggerating if not more. Always had great service and never any issues. Here is my latest experience. Had a pawn ticket I needed to renew. A couple days ago I Called them and was able to pay over the phone with a credit card. I was concerned regarding a receipt and they were unable to email it but they said they would snail mail it. Today I see a guy putting something on my front door. I went out and there was an envelope on my door. It was my pawn ticket. They hand delivered it!!! I just missed the guy and they are closed today, but I will be calling them to let them know how appreciative I was. Great customer service!!!

Today I found out that this shop not only broke an automatic watch that was in very good working condition but didn't need to be touched other than the replacement of the band but he blame the fault of the watch breaking on us. And said we never paid for the very cheap catalog manufactured watch band that has to be prepaid for before they had it shipped into there seedy business I'm very disappointed in this shop because I've been coming for about a year now and giving them good business not to mention great deals until I started realizing how much of a rip off it was ro get a loan or sell something at valley pawn... I personally prefer American pawn....

I have gone here before.. their watch repair side Matt was very helpful and took care of my battery replacement needs. Knowledgeable and helpful the pawn side of the business had any interesting selection of stuff (a variety)

Recently bought ammo at this dive. Ammo was sold as new in a new box but I discovered at the range the ammo was reloads and poor reloads at that. only about 2 out of five rounds worked. The old geezer was a dick too; just wanted to get me out of the shop. Don't waste your time here.
