The Comfort Inn is considered the best place to stay in Tonopah. It is a budget-friendly hotel with great, super friendly, and amazing staff offering excellent customer service. The hotel appears to be a newer construction or has been recently remodeled, featuring well-appointed rooms with new furniture, carpet, and updated bathrooms. The rooms are very clean and maintained, with comfortable beds and pillows. The hotel is quiet and offers easy access to fuel, food, and gas options, with good views for vehicles. The breakfast is standard with waffles, eggs, bacon or sausage, yogurt, muffins, and fresh fruit. Some guests note the price can feel expensive and mention that windows could be better insulated, as outside noise can be heard. A tip for future guests is to avoid first-floor rooms near the lobby due to foot traffic. While the small town offers little for nearby activities or walkability, the hotel itself provides a welcoming and well-serviced stay.
This place was a god send. We had issues with another hotel not being open when we were trying to check in and the manager, Darshan, was amazing and super helpful. He got us a room and even let us use his phone to call the Hotel to try to get help. 10/10 amazing service!!

Budget friendly and a great staff. Too bad most of the dog travelers stayed out-of-bounds with their pets. There should be a national law to prove one is smarter than a dog before they can own a dog. Hopefully the staff was able to levy the surcharge to the ones who lied about their occupancy.
