Raley's has a wonderful staff that is always friendly and helpful. The store has a great variety of products for everyone: including vegan foods. The store stays well stocked with products and is always clean. The main reason I gave 4 stars (wish I could do 4.5), instead of 5 is the prices (which is a Raley's company issue not really a store issue). Raley's typically has higher prices around the country but they definitely take advantage of this being the only place to get groceries for many miles with their extremely higher than even Raley's prices (I have compared prices to other Nevada locations)-again not a store problem....a corporate issue.

I wish I could give this pharmacy zero stars! The pharmacist is absolutely rude! I needed my prescriptions transferred and they required me to fill out a form (which I have never heard of) so, I did just that. The tech said it would be 48 hours before they could get the prescriptions transferred. This wasn’t a problem as I had enough of my medication for 1 week. I waited about 4 days and called the pharmacist and he states, “ I don’t know what you want from me. I faxed the form.” I asked him to call the pharmacy and he absolutely refused! I called my original pharmacy and they never received a fax and confirmed a prescription transfer is done by a pharmacist to pharmacist phone call, not a fax. Many days go by of this back and forth with this local pharmacy and no help or results. I’m getting frantic by this point as I’m done to 1 pill and I cannot skip this medication. So, I call my original pharmacist and he confirmed he already had called the pharmacist here days prior and confirmed my prescriptions. Again, I call this pharmacist here and he still denies that there is any prescriptions to be filled for me. So, as a last resort I call Rite Aid in Bishop, California and explain the dilemma. He immediately calls the original pharmacy, makes a prescription transfer request and my prescriptions were ready in less than 2 hours! It’s sad that the pharmacist cares so little about doing something as simple as making a phone call. He made it obvious he did not care if I had my medication or not. It’s sad that this is the only pharmacy in this little remote town that I now drive 2 hours to pick up prescriptions, but I will do it every single time if it means I can avoid the rude and careless pharmacist here locally! Do yourself a favor and go to another town!

The pharmacy is the worst! These people will do anything to get out of doing their jobs. They won't fill prescriptions until you call and ask them to. Then, they tell you you have to be at the pharmacy before they will fill them. My doctor's can't get them to fill anything that requires mixing, and on top of that Nathan is the rudest individuals I have ever come across. The pharmacist can be just as ugly. I don't know what makes these people so miserable at their job that they have to take it out on their customers, but I've never had so many issues! Even my insurance company told me I should report them to the pharmacy board, and I'm pretty close to doing it.

This has got to be the worst pharmacy in the state. Two days to fill a simple script. I’ve heard some people say it takes three days or longer sometimes. Tried calling and was on hold for over 30 mins, I finally hung up. This place might as well not even exist, you will end driving out of town for your scrips anyway.

If I could give a zero I would. Because that’s how helpful they are to me. We have military insurance and every time we go in there we get harassed about insurance cards, that we do not get, and they refuse to take our insurance. Tricare says our military IDs are enough, the pharmacy disagrees. We have had to pay out of pocket for so many prescriptions because of it. I’m over them ripping me off. It’ll be cheaper for me to drive to Pahrump! Never again.

Very poor customer service. No cooperation transferring prescriptions, always a long wait. Have been without a daily med for 2 days because of their lack of interest in their job and now it's a weekend. Very disappointed in this small town pharmacy

Being that its a small town with only on pharmacie, you would figure they would be open 7 days a week. Apparently no one ever gets sick on the weekends, or has any emergencies on the weekend that mite need a prescription to filled quickly. Either my thinking is wrong or people are just healthy as can be on the weekends.

I'm not one for using essential oils and telling others to get some good old sunshine to fix their medical problems, but... if your doctor sent your prescription to this God forsaken pharmacy then your better off just rubbing dirt into your medical needs. To put it sweet, they never have what you need. Even after calling you saying its ready. If its gummy vitamins they might have them. Might. They never answer the phone even if its from your doctor they just told you to contact them. I'm not joking when I say I watched them leave the phone ringing right after they told me to have my doctor call them. And the pharmacist on hand is always rude. Like he will lie to your face right through his teeth. While holding what you need in his little hands.Don't go here. Its worth the drive to go anywhere else. Even if it's 4 hours away.

They have always worked hard to help me in all the ways they can. It's amazing what a good attitude can do! They are always so nice to me and I'm nice to them. I know there are complaints they are not open all the time, but they are human and need a break sometimes, too. I feel they are unjustly attacked half the time. They are doing the best they can and I appreciate them for that.Every time I need a prescription they are decently fast, and usually done before I'm done shopping. Even on really busy days, they work hard to make sure no one has to wait too long. The people here have a lot on their shoulders with them being the only pharmacy in town. I'm sure they are overworked as is, as too few people are available to fill in hours. I'm so grateful for them doing this service to our community.

My 21 year old son was recently diagnosed with a heart issue. When he picked up his medication he asked the pharmacist for directions and tips for taking the medication (whether to take with food etc.) He explained that he's never been on medication before and needed guidance. He was promptly told to read the directions or call his doctor for information. He didn't review any of the warnings or instructions with my son just dismissed him. I have since been asking around about your pharmacist (The only one in town) and have found many more story's similar or worse experiences. I was told that there have been complaints made but no action taken by your company. I have never come across a pharmacist that is so uncaring and completely unwilling to do his job. Please address this.

Worst pharmacy ever. The pharmacist is rude and unhelpful. My friend is in a lot of pain and needed a medication ordered and to use a coupon card to pay for it. Pharmacist not only ordered the WRONG medication, but doesn't understand how a coupon card works (or how anything works, for that matter) and was so rude to my friend that she left crying. Id rather go to a pharmacist in a nearby town. At this point, I'm debating having her send her Rx to a pharmacy near me and I'll get it to her myself. The only reason this pharmacy is still in existence is because they're the only one in this town.
