SO many model animals everywhere, kind of creepy but also cool. I like how they have lots of real fish and the big fish tanks are awesome.

I was very impressed by the service that Rob in the Archery Dept provided. He expeditiously put a new cable and string on a crossbow that a friend loaned my daughter in law for the upcoming deer season. He showed me how to check the timing adjustment of the wheels on the bow after the cable and string are broke in and offered to reset the timing if needed after break in.
Thanks Rob for exemplary customer service!

I used to love Cabela's but now I just like them. The main mistake they made was when Bass Pro bought them long time ago was they began to change all the Cabela's into a BPS. I used to go in able to find some decent house brand Cabela's shirts, etc but now it is pushed out to stock BPS house brand junk.

Today I had a great customer service experience (hence the 5 stars). Really, I am at a loss of words when it comes to Kelsea (Verdi). I called in regards to an item that had stated online that it was available but in reality / physically was not. Kelsea not only informed me of this but went above & beyond to help me find & purchase another similar item.
To many reading this, I'm sure it is no big deal but as a customer, this truly is not only admirable but very appreciated. You don't find this quality anymore in a lot of companies, much less people as individuals. Great decision Cabelas. I can only hope managers read this AND reward Kelsea for it. Great job!!!
