Our favorite place to shop when we visit VC. The owner is the kindest friendliest store owner in town with a great selection of merchandise and prices!

Such an adorable shop conveniently located on the main strip of Virginia City. The owner was very kind and personable and was very helpful with information about local favorites. Inside you'll find the best collection of t-shirts, jewelry, and moccasins in the region. There is also a small section of house items. I would absolutely recommend visiting this shop.

Absolutely horrid customer service by the owner of this store. Purchased a pair of boots for my daughter. Had sent her a text to see if she would like them and she texted back to say the weren’t her style. Text came in just 5 minutes after the purchase. Asked to return them. We’re shown a small sign by an area in the store I hadn’t seen which said “No returns.” I was not told their return policy when I purchased them even though I did tell the sales clerk I was from Boston and was trying to get in touch with my daughter via text to see if she would like them.

Seeing the previous reviews, we had a very different customer service experience. I can see why this place only has 2 reviews. Assume they were written by the owner or family member. Really cheap merchandise at ridiculous prices. Horrid customer service. We were not told that merchandise could not be return. Even though we told the sales person we are from Boston so she would know we could not return merchandise. We purchased a pair of boots for our daughter after having texted her to see if she would like them. We didn't hear back after about 10 minutes and couldn't reach her so we decided to take a chance and purchase them. Again, we told the sales person we were from Boston and we weren't sure if our daughter would like the boots. I think she could have mentioned the merchandise was not allowed to be returned. Literally 5 minutes after buying them, we got the text that our daughter didn't like them. We asked to return them and were then told no returns. The sales lady pointed to a really small sign by a part of the store we didn't purchase the boots near. We asked her to call the owner because the boots were $100 and they were the only thing in the store worth buying. She was kind enough to try but we were told "no." Owner kept insisting they have a no return policy. We though 5 minutes of ownership should have been taken into account. I have my own business and would never treat a client like this. We spent over an hour trying to find merchandise in this store that would be worth the $100 we spent on the boots. It was a challenge as the store is filled with cheap, chacki-like stuff. If this is the way an owner treats customers, I would not purchase from her establishment. She treated us very unfairly. Cost us $100 to purchase items we didn't want because she wouldn't take back boots we bought 5 minutes before trying to return.

What a wonderful establishment! By far and away the best selection of quality T-shirts and merchandise along the main street. We had the opportunity to meet the owner, Susan L., and she was the epitome of customer service excellence! She couldn't have been more helpful, kind and accommodating. Most shopkeepers along the main strip will barely talk to you and seem annoyed if you ask a question. Not Susan. She truly treated us like we were VIP's. A great selection of goodies but a proprietor who understands the meaning of service. Guess which place will be our first stop when we return to Virginia City.

Always a favorite shop in Virginia City. Great western flavored fashion and t-shirts. My daughter loves the puppy. Close to Bucket of Blood. So worth the stop over.
