Wouldn't stop here if I were y'all. Showers not cleaned, no hot water, lack of staff or staff not cleaning the showers. Take the extra mile and stop at Love's instead.

This Pilot is a poor excuse for a truck stop/ travel center. The place is a mess with construction going on . The restaurant is closed, so worthless there. And to top it off , there were 3 employees behind the counter and not one could act as a cashier. Your forced to use self check out. I will NEVER stop here again and can not recommend this dump to anyone.

Workers were very rude especially when they didn't get my order right and I tried to tell them but all they could say was that the guy at the counter was new. Then proceeded to tell me that if I didn't like it then I could leave. Very unprofessional!

I'm a truck driver pilot flying j always great. But the washers here none of them worked.Cause they were full of coins need to up date them by being able to use a credit or debit card like all the other flying js I've been too.

Nice place for a pit stop. Decent prices with an Arby's and other food options. I didn't try the showers but they have a ton of them. Also, this is Nevada so gaming machines. I guess Nevada still requires masks(there are sign everywhere) for Covid but you would know it by the people walking around inside the store. Super extra large parking lot(biggest I've seen yet) runs down the street behind all the stores. It's huge so I doubt it ever fills up. Anyhow, great place for a pit stop or overnight break. Recommend.

Dirty dirty showers Do yourself a favor and go else where I wouldn't let my dog take a shower here only grease ball drivers shower here ..

Exceptionally great! Always! Clean showers, very very clean, friendly team. Here you feel that people are caring of you. We love to stop here for a break, take a shower and nap. Thanks to the manager and all the team. I greatly respect your business as a trucker woman.

I went inside the store and waited for several mins for someone to help me out. Anyhow, I paid $15 to walk into a shower that's nasty and not clean. I walked into shower 5 and the first thing I notice was the toilet not flashed. I went inside the shower to take a bath and there was no soap or anything. The trash can was filthy and didn't have a trash bag in it. This store needs to improve

I liked it , it's a Pilot nothing special clean everyone seems pretty friendly ,I got the wifi for 24 hrs seems to be working fine , I'd stop here again
