“Came in with my wife to diagnose our Subaru on our way home from Oregon to LA due to a check engine light scare, unfortunately we did not get a name. But the gentleman helped us so much more than he needed, we had tons of questions, gave us name to local mechanics and went above and beyond to give us outstanding customer service, my wife even went back a second time to get more understanding and picking up an additional auto part we also needed, we left with peace of mind that we would be able to fix out minor problem and get home safely. “We were traveling through Winnemucca and about an hour or so out our check engine light came on. I googled to see if there was a Ford dealership in Winnemucca and found Humboldt Ford, we immediately headed there. David the service advisor checked with his service department supervisor to see if they could get us in and they did. Conner the tech took excellent care of us!! Conner cleared the sensor double checked everything and got us back on the road within an hour. When we asked David what do we owe he said nothing. Place hours of service on the door and online to allow everyone to know your closed on Sunday.

I broke down and needed parts that your store had but the other places didn't have.

I walked a little over a mile to go get the part after 9am when I couldn't get through on the phone I didn't want to waste to much time so I started walking.

I made it. The store was closed. But online it shows your Open Sundays 9:00 to 3:00 yet nobody was there I called other stores and they said you've always been closed on Sundays. Fix your online hours of service. If you're closed. Make a statement that you're closed

Walking to your business in need of a part on Sunday and you're not open. Could have been a waste of my time. If Walmart wasn't next door. I ended up buying a scooter just to get back to my truck. Scooter was underpowered not a good buy.
It may be a good buy for some children but for me it barely made it a mile before dying
But the push function was still available. I got some exercise. Not a complete loss except I was out of breath. I'm definitely needing more exercise.”
