“My husband and I and my special needs son were on a camping trip in Ely, NV. We were towing our 5th wheel with our new truck and the truck broke down (another story!). We called A-1 Tow for a tow for our 5th wheel back to WMCA. He said he would check for a driver and the necessary equipment and call us back. He called right back and said he had a driver for Sat. (which was perfect) and gave us a reasonable estimate for the tow.

Saturday came and the driver, James, came on time! A big plus! He helped my husband get the 5th wheel hooked in and then made us very comfortable in the truck cab on the long trip home. I was worried my son would not do well (he ran when he saw the semi) but James was very kind and understanding and my son did great. I would recommend A-1 to anyone in a jam. They provided excellent service.”

“We were traveling through Winnemucca and about an hour or so out our check engine light came on. I googled to see if there was a Ford dealership in Winnemucca and found Humboldt Ford, we immediately headed there. David the service advisor checked with his service department supervisor to see if they could get us in and they did. Conner the tech took excellent care of us!! Conner cleared the sensor double checked everything and got us back on the road within an hour. When we asked David what do we owe he said nothing. He probably doesn't realize just how much that meant to us, we thanked him profusely and headed on our way. We would recommend Humbolt Ford any time! “5 stars, 10/10, perfect customer service. My wife and I got a flat halfway through our 18 hour road trip from CA to CO we did on Monday, about 20 miles from Les Schwab. They were incredibly fast, personable, kind, and honestly made a really stressful/frustrating situation much, much easier.

There must've been screws all over I-80 East that night because at least 4-5 other cars came in with the same screw type within the 20-25mins we were there.

While it was a random stop for us, if other Les Schwab's are anything like this one, we will purposefully look for them when we need them. Appreciate y'all

“We had a small breakdown on our road trip and therefore spontaneously needed help without an appointment. We were given friendly, honest and professional advice and were able to be put in the middle. So we were able to continue driving the next day, although it was difficult to remove the rusted parts.

“Passing through on my way to California and my engine started chugging and losing power. Because I'm crazy, I rolled through at around 5:30am so I called around and left messages for everyone with vm and waited until they opened at 8. All Pro called me before 8- early bird respect. Anyway, it was a puzzle with no code. But all the dash lights started flashing when it came off the tow truck, so I was looking for a room for the weekend I was pretty sure. He said he would call in an hour or so after he figured it out. After an hour and a half I called him and he was heading out to test drive it! He had diagnosed it the old-fashioned way, with his noggin, found a part and off I went! I was not just thrilled, but very appreciative of his detailed explanation of why different things happened. All around great experience. He has a pretty hilarious sense of humor as well! For the record, I also received a call back from Manzos, so if you're broke down in Winnemucca start with All Pro then Manzo's, they both were willing to squeeze in a traveler on a Friday.”
