“I’ve banked with US Bank for 35 years, I have had some bad experiences with the winnemucca branch, but overall my experience has been good, that’s spread out over several branches. The online experience is excellent and that’s what I use 99.99999% of the time.This isn’t 1978 anymore, good people and service are impossible to find, and getting worse.. keep your expectations low no matter where you’re banking and you won’t be so disappointed.Best advice is to keep your accounts above $2000 here and you won’t pay the monthly fees.”
