What is a rip-off. His posted price from the street is $4.19. A sign on the pump is Cash $4.39. If you pay with credit he charges $4.99 a gallon. This is not posted anywhere until you begin to pump gas.

Well played. Advertise a cash price 50 cents a gallon cheaper than card price. Who buys gas with cash anyway?
