“My team and I broke down in our work truck on the side of the highway. We tried multiple tow companies from google and five star was the only place that answered/could be of any assistance. Nathan went above and beyond to help us out. He was extremely efficient and kind. He crushed the ETA and was able to get us out of a crappy situation fast. Extremely personable and patient. Cannot recommend enough, Nathan totally saved us.”
“Driving from Boise to California our car broke down in McDermitt OR, 70 miles from Winnemucca. I called a couple of shops in Winnemucca but they all said it would be a couple of days before they could get us in. I called Bosch and they said to get it towed in and they would look at it asap. When the car got to Bosch they got to it as soon as they could. They determined it was a relatively minor repair and got the car back on the road right away. Lee could have held us up for $k’s but charged us for an hour of labor only.
Thoroughly enjoyed visiting with Lee while we waited. He was fair, honest, and friendly. His mechanic was excellent and friendly. I plan to buy my next car from Bosch. It’s worth the drive to deal with honest and reliable people. A very positive experience. Rich”
