“I went in to grab an item i found online. I was warmly greated immediately upon walkin in by Hazen. She was amazing and really knew the store. I found what was after with her help. Then i was greeted by the beautiful Jaylin as She walked by. Then i went to another section, where i was then greeted by wonderful Kolina. 3 associates actually greeted Me warmly. It was a pleasant look back to when people were happy and didn't hate their jobs. While chatting at the register, the three polite and lovely Gals informed Me about a sale currently running. I then selected a belt to go with the wallet and saved a bundle. It was almost like going back in time to a forgotten era. All three associates were professional, knowledgeable and a joy to talk to. All three are valueable to Boot Barn and deserve praise and acknowledgement. Great job ladies. Thank You”
