“A few days ago I happened to be traveling from Oregon to Arizona. I was going through Yearington Nevada when my check engine light came on which was followed by another emergency warning light I had never seen before. I am elderly and I was alone which worried me, not to mention that i'm not a mechanic. It was also almost 5 pm and I was afraid I was going to be stranded. After my second stop to have my car tested Shawn at O'Reilly's found that I had another problem that had not been diagnosed yet which was even more dangerous. My brake light sensor ( I think) was out and I had no brake lights, which explained why I almost got hit. I was still shaking when I went into O'Rielly's. Shawn ended up replacing my sensor and a brake light for me. It took him a little bit of work to do this and he didn't have to. Panels had to be removed from around my dashboard and it wasn't easy. I can not recommend this store enough. I want to thank all the employees and managment for a job well done and a life long customer!”
“Thank you for my new to me ride! It’s more than I could have imagined, for a GREAT PRICE!
Omar, Ryan, and Sophia were amazing, and made it so seamless, will be back for a 10th car?!? THANK YOU!”
“The people here are amazing to work with and they really know what they're doing. They've been in business for such a long time that I know I can depend on them when I need them. They also have the best prices in town!”
“I brought my truck in after a shingle hit it and scratched it. They offered to meet me at the shop on their day off so I could drop it off. They painted a door and cab corner of my truck in just a few days, and even polished surrounding parts so the newly painted parts wouldn’t stick out as much. If you’re looking for great service and workmanship I would 100% recommend Valley Collision. They treat your vehicle as if it’s their own, and the paint job is top notch. I will use them going forward.”
“This Yerington Napa Auto Parts store is super clean, well invertoried, the products are laid out very well. The staff are super knowledgeable, friendly, kind and helpful.
The interaction with the customers gave me a warm homey feeling. Great vibes, great store, great people. This is a locally owned store. Buy local, keep your money in town. Thank you for a great shopping experience.”
“While looking to purchase a new vehicle, I ended up at Wild West Chevrolet. Although much further from my home than at least three other dealerships, they had available what I was looking for while the others did not and I'm glad I did. Wild West Chevrolet is a smaller dealership than our local dealerships and offers a much more personalized service. There was no pressure and no upsell. *****, one of two sales persons, was accommodating and responsive. *******, doing the paperwork, was quick and efficient. The whole transaction from trade in to delivery was seamless. I would definitely return and definitely recommend to others. ”
“I honestly can't recall ever before being treated with such kindness and consideration. Everyone made me feel I was the most important person in the building.”

“Did an awesome job on a replacement door along with the fender. It takes a few days or more to get you vehicle back than I thought, however, I have never had a car in a body shop! They were ever so patient about my confusion and my insurance company giving me incorrect information. Customer service is great! The did an excellent job! Highly recommended!”
