Stayed for a weekend trip and the location and value were perfect! Rooms were clean and homey, and the staff were so kind. Not only did they make sure the whole stay ran smoothly, they were super quick and helpful when I realized I had left my wallet behind, and shipped it to me asap. A nice place ran by lovely people!

Highly recommend the Pine Cone Resort to anyone for a short term stay or longer term rental! My boyfriend, my dog, and I stayed for the month of February during ski season and absolutely loved it. Shannon in the front office is very helpful and kind, she made us feel at home right away! Bob, the property manager, was great to work with as well and very accommodating throughout the whole rental process.
The resort is very pet-friendly, our unit had a large yard and even a dog door for our pup to have freedom and space to explore.
The location is amazing- close to South Lake Tahoe and Heavenly but still in a quiet and peaceful area. The Zephyr Cove beach down the road is beautiful and has amazing views.
We give an easy 5 stars to Pine Cone Resort and are so grateful for their hospitality, the spacious rental unit with great amenities, and the amazing location that allowed us to explore all Lake Tahoe has to offer.

The layout is great. DOG FRIENDLY! is a big plus for us. The price is fantastic, and it is a great value for the price.The place is very dated. There is no access to the beach across the street anymore.

We had a great time here and the owner was so kind. He came to fix the leaking immediately and there was no more problem. We borrowed him a bunch of kayak and all the helpful information. We definitely will return here next time.

This place is a dump. Has not been updated or cleaned for decades, literally. Mostly long term tenants, some of which are very disrespectful and kind of sketchy. Never stay here.

I was honestly not expecting much but this place blew away my expectations. Linda was the nicest manager ever and even answered my calls when we got lost at 2am (we drove 7 hours from Los Angeles.) The rooms were so cozy and felt like home. Our dog had so much fun and had tons of space to run around. It’s so close to everything as well and all the beaches. Would definitely stay here again!

Fully furnished, all utilities included, great location, super dog friendly, actual wood burning fireplace (perfect during the winter) also super warm wall heater, management and staff are great and very friendly! 20 minutes to Stagecoach chair lift on NV side of Heavenly ski resort. Walk across the street down to Marla Bay on the lake! stayed for over a year! great stay and perfect for my needs. Thank you Pine Cone Resort!

Stayed 3 days. Quiet hours not followed. Auto sensing lights go on/off all night. Otherwise really good.

Great room in Zephyr Cove. The management was helpful and my stay of 4 months was awesome. If I get the chance I will definitely stay again.

The owner was gracious enough to allow us to have our organization spend time here for an afternoon staff retreat. The area was quiet and private. The outdoor space had plenty of seating for our staff including picnic tables and patio swings. The resort is in a good location, close to all of the Stateline restaurants and shops, and the staff were welcoming and helpful when we arrived.
