“I always stop by Auto Concept for my car parts, because it is conveniently located along my route to and from work. I usually go at lunch time, or, as I did today, after work. There were five clerks there ready to serve the customers (all were busy!). I was looking for a head light bulb for my old Kia Optima. The name of the clerk who served me is Daniel. As always, the service was courteous and not condescending as, you know, a woman shopping for car parts. He found the part I needed right away and even installed it for me.
