Great place! Owner is very kind and enthusiastic about his collection of items and teaching people about them. Also has the sweetest, most well behaved dogs hanging around the store. Been going here for years and never had issues.

I stopped shopping here. He says he guarantees his food, but I went in to do an exchange and he didn't want to serve me. I had to remind him 3 times to give my money back since he didn't want to exchange the bag for a different protein. Terrible customer service

Owner is extremely rude doesn’t know how to act with customers and shouldn’t even own a store. He discriminated my mom. Because she walks with a cane and doesn’t have fancy clothing didnt even say hi to her and when confronted about it started screaming at me and hung up the phone. The owner follows you around and he has too many dogs in such a tiny store..between him and his labrador retrievers..you can't shop with all this going on..glad I didn't take my dog in there...and the owner is a bit of a know it all..poor service

I am surprised of the review saying the staff is rude or so. The owner as always being nice to me, is very knowledgable about his product, and if he isn't around, his staff will do their best to answer the questions. For peoples who think badly of the workers, go in with a smile and positive attitude, the staff are charming peoples

Manager has terrible attitude, insulting to customers. Has very passive-aggressive and indimidating discourse. Felt unwelcome, will never set foot in that establishment again.
