Absolute worse bank I've ever experienced. No service ,false adverstising, outrageous banking fees. Bank manager does nothing to assist customers or the front line staff. I opened a bank account here during an online promotion adverstising no fees for a time period. I thought great, too easy, I applied online and promptly received my bank card. That's when the nightmare started. I was charged $270.36 in fees for an account with zero activity. So much for this introductory offer? so I said fine, I will simply close the account. They had no problem with this and proceeded to further charge me another $30 to closed my account. Seriously guys? I hope you enjoy my $300.36 donation. Don't bank here, bank anywhere else.

The ongoing staffing shortage has made it take over an hour every time I have to go into the branch. Employees seem just as frustrated as the clients...feels like a riot is going to start half the time, waiting in line.I have no idea how this branch is not entirely sunk.

Terrible experience I am 14 and have a checking's and savings account and had no money in account. I tried to make a purchase it did not go through but some how i was charged 1 cent of interest putting me in the negatives. Then i was charged 10 dollers of overcharge very annoying.

Horrible service I have receive from the beginning I have cancelled my account and will no longer suggest BMO as a Bank of choice. Just awful I was lied to and plus took 16.95 for my monthly fees when they were already taken out for the month of September, 2021. Cancelled the account and took the 16.95 for the month of service for October??? Like why? I am no longer your client. I was to receive the amount of $300 to have signed up. I was given the run around and lied to. She went to tell me that my account was cancelled June ( the teller goes by M. Bathurst branch that there was a problem and reissued a new card and account number and reactivated. ) Then went on to say I should not receive the amount till January, 2022??? Because of the cancellation that was not done on my end, went to the bank was given the run around by the people there. Dishonest place and liars. They could not even answer my questions none of them. I was dealing with Bathurst branch and my account was there but the transit was different???? Anyway don’t go there. Also I was to get a call from the bank manager on October 1st, 2021, I am still waiting for that call. I reached out to them three or four times with zero results. Horrible service…if I could give -5 stars I would do that.
