The worst Canadian tire in northern New Brunswick all is blocked. It took me 10 minutes to find someone with a key to unlock the cabinet for an 8 dollar socket adapter to be escorted to the counter like a criminal to pay for a real joke

Terrible rude staff. Been there twice in one week. First visit I went to the auto parts counter where 2 employees were chatting. When they saw me, they both left in different directions. 1 employee finally came back after about 5 mins and was very rude to deal with.
At the checkout, i went to the the only till that had a cashier. When I got there she walked away. Left me standing there. When she returned, she was very rude.
2nd visit , I went to return an item. They told me they would only exchange for something else in the store. I asked where it says that on my receipt and they pointed to a sign and told me it's this store's policy.
I understand now why this place has signs posted saying they won't tolerate abusive language to their employees.

Worst service ever... asked for help in an alley to get a tool that was locked behind a grille. Was told: "we are sending someone right away". Waited for 20 minutes in the aisle and no one ever showed up.

I would give it 0 stars! Our experience was HORIBLLE we wanted to buy something and it was in a big box they said it was better to put it in a truck but we said we would try it and they put the box in and SAW WITH THEIR OWN TWO EYES THAT IT DIDNT FIT! And still put it in!!! And now our new car in the back is ripped! And now the seat at the back won't open well!

Very good service at this Canadian Tire! Also thank you for being a pet friendly place compared to tracadie who doesn't even want pets in the store! ?I think all Canadian Tires should accept pets, not just certain stores! Miramichi is also accessible to pets and service animals! But why does the Tracadie one not even want to accept dogs? Ridiculous! I recommend this Canadian Tire! ?
