I was told by my insurance company to bring my car there for my back bumper repair. The first time it was supposed to be a 2 day job, took them over one week. They call me saying the car was ready, when I got there the paint did not match, so they said they will do it again. So they gave me another appointment also to make sure I would have a vehicle . On my day of appointment got there and there was no car for me and again this time it was supposed to be a two day job that took 5 days. Then they were supposed to contact a car detailing company to have my bumper ceramic redone, I had to call about four time for them to contact the company to make the arrangements. Just very poor customer service I would not recommend and will never go back. Very very poor customer service.
