Just the bathurst nb store you need better hrs not opening till 10am daily half the day is already over bad business on this store should be open at 7 am like most the marks stores in Canada owner must be lazy and don't care about making money or caring about it's customers

I when to return a sweater I received for Christmas I did what the money all I wanted is to get another item in the store they told me I had to get another sweater so I took the sweater home that I will never wear ?

They say buy local but....What happens when you try to buy local only to be snobbed by a clerk who abandons you to serve a woman who interrupts. She is clearly caste 'wealthy' who expects instant gratification....and gets it.I walked away unnoticed, went home and ordered same on Amazon.Will arrive in three days...for less.

Charged us for shirts we didn’t even get. We travelled all the way there from Miramichi and came home to missing 2 shirts. Spend over 300$.

Great staff and good stuff. Can sometimes have a limited selection but the stuff they carry is real good most of the time.
