Customer service is not good, because we're a young couple they assumed we don' t have money or something we had asked for a sofa and they never asked our budget or anything they only wanted to show us stuff on sale or cheap things, went elsewhere and got treated with respect compared to this place, will never buy there.

Mother called for washer and all its details, manager lied about faulty routing saying they get banged up and quickly changed it to being "part of design" although pattern was not consitent for a 1500$ table haha, then when the lie of the information given for the washer was brought up only acted defensive instead of any bit sorry. When it was 45% lower capacity rate as once stated on the phone, wouldnt give any deal on other washer afterwards. Nice workers, retarded manager.

terrible customer service. they damaged my floor and my walls while delivering a new sectional sofa, refused to listen when I told them they had to go through the back door in order to prevent damage. I contacted the owner who quickly apologized for the damage but refused to pay for repairs. Don't ever buy there unless you have no expectations in regards to customer service

I have been doing business with Northern Furniture for over 30 years and have found the quality of the furniture they sell way better than the big box stores. The service is second to none and I like supporting our local community keep up the great work!!!
