Clean store, couple choices for nice toys. Nice cat tree selection. Wish they would carry my litter but they don't. The website is confusing at time. In store, we didn't get approached or ask if we needed help. I clearly looked lost. But when we got to the cash, cashier was nice. It was cute to see a foster cat.

Likely one of the best pet stores ever in the area, they have the greatest service and lots of fun dog/cat/small animal gadgets and gifts! They also have pet tags engraved in the Pet Valu! I was going there for my new dog which is a male cockapoo whose name is Marley! Dog-friendly! I recommend going there for your pets

I called ahead to see if they had the dog food and supplement I was looking for. The woman who answered was very helpful and everything I needed was waiting for me at the counter when I picked it up She was very friendly, the store was well stocked and very well organized.

I just had to visit the store, it was beautiful. There was one other couple there when i was and i asked an employee a question and she told me to wait a minute. The reason she told me to wait a minute was because she was telling another employee all about her week-end. And that was more important then a customer waiting. So when she got back to me about 3 minutes later i said <it's ok, i'm on my way out but happy you had a great week-end) she didn't say a word

I had ordered on line to pick up...but was sick couple of days so when I got there I asked the girl about getting another cat mat if they still had some as on line most stores were sold out.she pointed in a general direction and said to look over there in the cat section. It wasn't that busy and there was 2 other employees...I didn't have time to look...and left I guess she didnt want anymore of my money....

It's a nice, big, clean store. New chain Petstore for the area. It has a good selection of pet products & food.It is the ONLY petstore around that is open normal hours(until 9pm) throughout the week for our convenience.I would like to see live insects for sale(crickets, Superworms ect.) For humans who own reptiles.
