Worst shoppers ever. Tried ordering needles for my prescription, was told they couldn't do that despite having done it at other shoppers. After 3 years of buying a handful of needles at a time (never the right kind cause they never seem to have any) got asked by a new guy why I didn't just order a box. Gave him the type I needed, was told I'd get a call in a couple days when they arrived, never got a call and it's been months. Went in today an hour after my antibiotic prescription had been faxed over thinking it would be ready, it hadn't even been processed and was told they'd email me when it was ready. Three hours later still no email went over to see how much longer and it was ready. If you say your gonna contact people that the things they need for their health is ready then actually contact them, I'm not playing some waiting game on my health. I've never had such horrible service before.

Staff are very helpful. Pharmacist are always helpful with prescription explanations.

Went in for a product on sale in flyer, was told they had none and dont order it as its not popular and I couldn’t get a rain check. Well whats the point of a sale or flyer if the store won’t honour it. Very disappointed in unprofessional service and the company for not standing behind there sales like there competitors.

Do not trust Covid guidance from this pharmacy. The Govt of NB has set new guidelines for Covid boosters for this spring, one of which includes being 65 or older and at least five months since last vaccination. My parents are in their 70s and meet the criteria but were just denied the booster by this Shoppers pharmacy. Without basis. Unacceptable.

Prescription diltiazem missing 60 caps over 90 refills have to stay awake after 12 hour night shift to call them about that mistake not the first time thats happend!

The Pharmacy is too busy, short staffed for the amount of prescriptions they have. Takes way too long and to be told to come back at a specific time and then say it will be a few hours...unacceptable. Should have been told it was not possible to be done in specified time even though original time estimate was over 2 hours. Then told to have a seat and waited an hour again. I know they are busy but my time is important too. Tell me it's 2 days or whatever. We are All busy!

The young girl at the beauty bar today was absolutely fabulous in helping me find make up I was looking for. I wish I got her name so that she could get a pat on the back. :)The cashiers are wonderful and the pharmacy staff is always very helpful.

Four times, within a couple of months, I went to the prescription order counter only to be ignored (by one particular employee) until SHE was GOOD AND READY to acknowledge I exist. Got fed up and switched to Pharmasave. There, they greet you as you approach the counter no matter how busy they are. Simple etiquette!Update: Bin shopping @ Pharmasave. They know me by name and have my prescriptions ready ahead of time.

We have been traveling through Canada and won't be back to our home province for some time. We were very grateful for Andree providing us with our Covid-19 booster immunizations on short notice. Thank-you very very much.

refilling prescriptions no longer convenient. if you phone the pharmacy expect to be put on hold multiple times. Routinely have to wait on hold longer than 20 minutes. Refilling online also doesn't work properly as there's no way to have renewals not have a 2 day lag (so if you renew online on the 31st, it wont be ready till the 2nd), so you have to call in Many young students working with your prescription. The removal of cashiers makes you question their commitment to the community and their desire to work with labour in a constructive manner.

Every time I got there 10mins before closing time to get milk they closed their doors on me whitout exception. Staff did not care at all.Staff on Monday July 5th 2021. And I will make a complaint to higher Managers.

Fix your phone system already!! It's been months of hangups and days of delay. I don't want to hear that it's caused by covid 19. It's been bad FOREVER.
