I am very unfamiliar with using a cellphone 📱 although I’d been a salesperson for one of the major companies in the past. I had stopped using one over 8 years ago when I stopped travelling.
I was hesitant to even go to a shop to ask questions, however, a change in my lifestyle has made it a necessity to have a cellphone. Syed made it quite easy and stress free as he answered all my questions, kept me informed during the process and made me smile with his easy manner and helpfulness. Thank you!😊

My wife and I are both seniors and not particularly well-versed in using the new communication technology. We needed to update our iPhones data and was recommended to attend the mobile shop in Bathurst New Brunswick. The young manager, Syed, should be awarded six stars out of five for his knowledge, for his agreeable nature and patience , and the fact that he continued helping us one hour after his closing time. By the time we left, we had upgraded our phones to the latest model with all of our data, apps, photographs, contact information transferred to our new phones. With the increase in our data, we will no longer have any concerns during our summer long tour of the eastern provinces with not being able to find regular Wi-Fi connections. We highly recommend the mobile shop and the service they provide. In particular, I hope the mobile shop as a business fully appreciates the gem they have in their employee named Syed in Bathurst NB. The Welbourn family.
