My husband wanted a new phone. Even though he hadn't been there in ten years and the company had changed from Koodo to the Mobile Shop, they were still able to find him in the system. Kawtar, a very patient and kind salesperson, provided us with us a choice of providers and we got the best plan. Even got $50 worth of accessories! Great place to do business. I am with another provider right now and don't have as good a plan. Will go see them and make the switch.

Bathurst mobile shop in superstore is awesome. 5 stars !!! Rémi has the best deals and was an enormous help getting me all set up with a new phone !!!

Customer service is excellent. I went to Walmart first, big mistake, I received a defective device and had to make 5 trips trying to rectify the problem.i finally gave up and got a refund and went to The Mobile Shop and was greeted with smiles. Jaime and Remi were very pleasant to deal with and in no time I left with a working phone. Thank you so much

I recently returned to the mobile shop at Superstore to upgrade my phone. I was professionally served by Jamie, the manager, and his associate Remi. They were very helpful in suggesting various phones that would meet my needs. In addition, Jamie called my cell phone provider to obtain a better plan package. They demonstrated and reviewed all details of my new phone and encouraged me to return should I need more advice or service. I highly recommend this shop for its excellent service!
